Pavement:- Construction of granular sub base/ surface course with local materail s (220mm thick) by mix in place method normal construction of grnular sub-base by providing local spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on preppared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achevie the desired density complete job

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved materail optained from borrow pits with all leads and lift, transporting to side, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement to table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303.1

Providing laying compacted stone agg. Size of 75mm water bound macadam specification including in uniform thickness hand packing rolling three wheel 80-100 kn static roller in stage to proper grade and chamber applying and booming crushable screening to fill up the course wate agg. to required density as per technical specifcation limb required density as per techincal specification

Providing & laying of Tack coat with bitumen emoulsion (SSI-I) on prepared surface of granular base including claning of road surface and spraying premier @75kg/sqm with bitumen sprayer.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50mm thick with hard stone aggregate. Of specified size and grade stisfying the gradation set out in the CPWD, MORTH and Mord with binding content (175/225 grade bitumen) @ 3.5% by way of total mix not less then 70Kg per sqm. including hot mix of stone agg. and bitumen in hot mix plant and laying mix with pavers finisher to the specified line grade and cross section rolling with power roller of 8 to 10 capacity to achieve the required the compaction and density, including carraige haulage of mix and all materials, T & P, labour, octories etc. involved and testing during execution for quality control complete.

Providing/ Laying Semi dence bituminous concrete of 25mm thick over macadmized surface with specified size and grade crushed agg. As per most specification (Agg. 12.5mm 15% 10mm 55% fine agg 28% cement 2%) mixed with binding @6% tar in hot mixed plant laid with paver finished with the required levels achieving the desired density consolidaions with power roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity including all types of carriage/ haulage cost of tar T&P , Labour, octories etc involved and testing during excavation for quality control including screen and rectificated of patch portion laying of SDB incld. consulated shoulder filling.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine agg. (passing 2.46mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128Kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine agg. And 0.60cum of fine agg. Per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete.

Road marking / retro reflected 2.5mm thick thermo plastic paint and glass beads with machine.

Solar road studs length 120mm as per specification of MORTH
