M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board or insulation board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blankets any thickness including cover fillet and removal from site for taking into schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of designer tiles(high pressure steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (Cascade or Electra or equivalent) in true horizontal level, suspended on inner locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.3mm thick sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm C/C to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondly cross “T” of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle 15x20x0.36mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting / making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main “T”, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all “T” sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5 mm width, all complete at all heights as per directions.

M&L Epoxy coating in sunkewn floors as under: (1) Clean the surface free from dust, loose material etc. (2) Provide & fix 12mm dia. GI Nozzle @1.5 mt. c/c on the entire area of the sunken portions. Apply chemical injection grouting through the nozzles with cement slurry admixture with DURA EV (Non shrink Polymeric grouting compound) with 40 PSI Pressure pump. Seal off the nozzle and cutting the same after the grout has set. (3) Make Angular fillets or Gola with cement sand mortar (1:3) admixed with diluted DURAKRIT (1 Durakrit: 3 Water) at the junctions of the wall. (4) Wet the surface with water to make it SSD condition. (5) Apply one coat of DURAKRIT- Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementatious (PMC) slurry coating as per manufacturer specification 1:2 (1 DURAKRIT : 2 cement) by weight on the sunken floor surface; turned up and finished up to 100mm from FFL. (6) Apply second coat of DURAKRIT - Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementatious slurry coating as per manufacturer specification 1:2 (1 DURAKRIT : 2 cement) by weight over the first coat at right angles. The second coat is usually applied after first layer slurry coat has touch dried usually after 4 hrs. (7) Ponding Test for water leakage will be carried out as per IS 3370 part 1 for seven days as instructed. Note: Plan area shall only be measured for payment.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC roof / arch slab, including taking down exsiting PCC padding / Mud pushka in any thickness,or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) and removal of rubbish out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.(Note : All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the disturbed surfaces. The rate quoted be the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates.)

Demolition of Mud Phuska in roofs,any thickness including plastering and leeping of any thickness upto 30cm deep complete all as specified and directed.(Note: All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the distributed surfaces. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates including removal of mud phuska outside defence land.)

M&L for cleaning of concrete or plastered roof surfaces and applying priming coat using bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg per sqm followed evenly a tack coat @ 1.2 Kg per sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg per sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) rolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using industrial hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg per sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Dismantling & Romoval of existing old water prrofing menbrane deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) All the water proofing treatment works shall be got carried out through authorised applicator of the firm. In this regard prior written approval from GE shall be obtained

Material and labour for 20mm thick cement paster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof surface and wall (WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only rate) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in moratr in floors, aprons etc.

M & L for granite 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding / edge polishing of front side if required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 2nd class hard wood in timbers scantling fixed in clean sawn including dismantling timber framed scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5mm (+0.25) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5mm (+0.25) thick prelam PVC sheet. The Panel and strips shall be of 600 kg per cum density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should have in their center a grove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10 inch between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of wall. Optionally a strips of 5mm (+0.25) thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing downwith water, etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering to external surfaces of brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M/L preparation of newly plaster/unplastered surface of wall applying putty two coats and sand papering till obtaining smooth surface and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wall mista of Berger paint or equivalent in Asian Paint, Nerolac etc having 3 years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L preparation of newly plaster/unplastered surface of wall applying 2 mm thick layer of wall care putty of approved quality to obtain smooth finishes surfaces for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper using rollers on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on surfaces of walls/ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying 1.00mm thick wall care putty of approved makes as on wall surfaces till obtaining smooth surface and two coats of oil bound distemper (White or tinted) by Roller complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls, preparing surfaces of walls applying putty two coats and sand papering till obtaining smooth surface and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (Having 3 years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for item :- (a) The old surface shall be prepared by removing all foreign material by mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment as approved by paint manufacturer. (b) Applying a coat of anti fungal growth solution as approved. (c) Wall care putty of required thickness shall be applied to make the surface true level by removing all dents etc as diredcted. (d) The work must got executed through authorised applicator of reputed paint manufacturer by concluding MOU with manufacturer and guaranteed for a minimum period of 3 Years by the manufacturer as approved by GE. (e) All the stages shall be got approved by GE before proceeding to next stage. (f) The make, brand, colour and shade shall be got approved by GE. (g) The application of acrylic paint shall be with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 litre per menuite having pressure of 3300 PSI by allowing 6-8 hours to dry the surface before painting of subsequent coat.
