Construction of Cold Storage Room (Civil Portion) for Preserving the Flower Garlands at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Appalayagunta

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kg),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kg) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kg.) and cement 380 kg with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC) etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department and including cost of centering, shuttering charges but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate (+/-) T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix using of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.480cu.m,6mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320cu.m,sand 0.400cu.m and cement 350Kg with water cement ratio of 0.53(185.50 ltrs/cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, centering charges, shuttering charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)

- do - for 40mm thick precast slabs using 10 mm graded aggregate HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards, with necessary reinforcement excluding cost of steel and tying of grills, centering charges,but including cost of necessary form work etc., complete as directed by the department.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D/Fe550 grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

- do- in CM (1:5) 12 mm thick

- do- in CM (1:5) 20 mm thick

Supply, fabrication and erection of steel structure in position by using MS Tubes & Pipes of all diameters as per IS -1161, including labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like trusses, stanchions, heavy beams and girders including cost of welding rods, power changes etc., and cost and conveyance of all materials and including labour charges for fixing heavy iron grills, trusses, stanchions, heavy beams and girders erecting in position and fixing by using chain pulley blocks, derrek pole arrangements and cranes etc., complete and painting two (2) coats with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint in all shades grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter approved colour and make, including brushes to have an even shade, over priming coat with ready mixed red oxide metal primer paint (total three (3) coats), including cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete as directed during execution. (TATA / SAIL / VSP / JINDAL) shall be used. Note:- If any size of MS Tubes & Pipes of TATA / SAIL / VSP / JINDAL is not available, then only the filed Engineers' shall permit for usage of APOLLO Brand (or) as specified during execution.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)

Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality of following varieties of series and shades set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg per sq.m & joints with spacer joints with 3 mm wide jointed neatly with filer material of cement/epoxy grout/white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade as directed during execution, including cost and conveyance of all materials, etc., complete - for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Supply of soluble salt porcelain vitrified tiles screen printed and polished of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712,IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs.

Painting two coats for External walls - New with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade over priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer for exteror grade-2 (water thinnable) (Total Three coats) for new plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Providing Unplasticized PVC SWR Rain water downfall pipes for the following dia with ISI:13592 Type -A mark with necessary shoes, bends, collars etc., including making holes in walls, RCC slabs, beams, columns, including fixing with necessary wooden plugs (where it is required pipe clear of wall, wooden blocks of size equal to that of ears of the pipe shall be used), screws, iron clamps of 18 G and making good the same including cost and conveyance of all materials and incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.
