12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including cost, conveyance, royalties of all matertials etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Ceramic glazed tiles in floors on 25mm C.M. (1:1) jointed with neat colour pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Room Floor

Wall painting two coats with distemper of approved shade to give an even shade including cost of materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Design painting work with two coats with any approved plastic emulsion paint & priming one coat to wall surface including cost of materials & labour with T&P complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
