All the required item of works are to be executed for “Annual Maintenance and repair to Sanitary and Plumbing work at inside & outside of different quarters, as and when required as per PWD schedule of rates at Sraboni Abasan under Salt Lake Drainage Sub-Division of B.M.S. Division, Salt Lake, Kolkata: 700091.” Different Sanitary & Plumbing works at inside and outside of quarters including premises of Srabani Abasan under Salt Lake Drainage Sub Division is regularly maintained on emergent basis as per lodged complaint from different residents of Sraboni Abasan has to be taken up on urgent basis as desired as well as instruction obtained from competent authority of UD&MA Department. ”All the required item of works are to be executed for the above mentioned work as per current P.W.D Schedule of Rates 2017 with effect from 01/11/2017 for Building Works (Volume-I), Sanitary & Plumbing Works (Volume-II) with effect from 01.11.2017 along with all of its Corrigenda and Addenda.
