External and internal facelift and repair to waterproofing to the TE building at Edachery

Amount

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

a) One or more coats

b) Two or more coats

Finishing external walls of Edachey TE building , all sides including all projections, chajjas, jamps, fins etc after thoroghly ceaning the surface applying primer and two coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additive of requied shade. All the exxternal faces should be painted includinf parapet top and inside. ( Approximately 380 sqm)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade

a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

a) Two or more coats after scrapping the surface over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

b) One or more coats on old work

Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.

1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 M sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Clearing jungle / ceaning grass of the entire area of T E buildig compound at Edachery including cutting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girt upto 30cm measured at aheight of 1 M, above ground level and rmoval of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mm outside the periphery of the area cleared / collecting all rubbish and burning into ashes without causing any hazard to any property / occupants, of BSNL office as well as public etc. complete as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

a) One or more coats on old work.
