Repair of burnt transformer up to the capacity 500 KVA indoor/outdoor type 11 KV/440 volts, removing HT/LT cable connection from transformer and taking into the workshop with the help of man power, crane, truck, TPT etc opening the top cover, lifting the core, removing sludge with oil pressure pump, repair of burn/damage winding, cleaning the tank sludge etc. After completion of the job, transformer tests to be carried out that is no load test short circuit test and oil colour test to be done at factory. Test to be carried out in the presence of Engineer -in-charge. Two coats painting to be done. Any damages of copper winding, bushes and studs to be replaced. Shifting the transformer from wksp to sub station complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Spare parts measured and paid separtely. (ii) Standby transformer of suitable KVA should be provided by contractor at the site for unintrupted supply

Supply and fixing in repair Shackle type porcelain/vitreous insulators suitable for working pressure in 11000 volts of height 150mm and max dia 150mm alongwith galvanised steel fittings section of straps in 38x5mm and dis of bolts 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of disc type insulator porcleain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension claimps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of anti-climbing device, spikes type, fabricated out of MS bar (round, square and flat) including nuts bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of 11000 volts triple pole mechanically operated mounted on 12 insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessoreis suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1100 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and acecessores suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm to 25 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil of distribution transformer 11/0.415 KV any capacity indoor/outdoor type with dehydration machine including checking of electric strength of transormer oil before and after dehydration all as directed and topping up with transformer oil. Decanned transformer oil to the extent available shall be used for topping up for which rate under this item shall only be admissible. Frech oil shall be only of decanned oil is not sufficient and shall be paid no additional rate for transporting of from MES store to site shall be admissible complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping down the existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by iron brushing and paintng of four pole structure of iron surfaces and painting to steel tubular LT poles with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level/plinth block (in yellow and black strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 m height of poles including painting on cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and writing pole Nos with thick black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry, clean sand filling in trenches below and around under ground cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning.

M&L for sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches flat, width equal to length of bricks as protection to cable complete all as specified and directe

S&F in repair for 11 KV HT VCB 630 amps capacity for complete overhauling of auto tripping mechanism including calibration of relay and level testing including repair/replacement of defective parts and cleaning with thiner, complete repair/overhauling , reconnecting that all incoming & outgoing cable connection and making VCB set trouble free service in full satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide one under coat , one finshing coat with aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing, drawing of GI wire 4 mm dia on LT electric lines including binding, jointing and for guarding cradle made to shape hexagonal/rectangular or any shape fabricted etc complete all as specified and directed.

Stringing, stretching and stengthening of over head conductor (ACSR) on existing LT electric pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG winding wire etc complete all as specified and directed. (a) Weasel (6/1x2.59 aluminium and 1x2.59 steel Note :- Cutting/trimming of tree branches all around the LT over head conductor of any span upto 1.5m away including removing the same shall be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down old LT U/G and service cable of any size from trenches /protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and commissioning of copper winding wire of transformer complete removing job/core inside of body and refixing same after rewinding of burn winding complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully of existing unserviceable 400 watt Hi-bay light fitting and Replacement of suitable 200 watt rugged radial LED hi-bay light for varied industrial applications hangging on top and fixing inside the hanger height from 14 mtr to 18 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Testing/commissioning of lights including all necessary fitting such as clamps, nuts & bolts, washers and securing the light after repair and making the lights operational should be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and no extra shall be paid for the same to the satisfaction of GE with a guarantee for the period of six month. M&L for stringing stretching and stengthening of over head conductor (ACSR) on existing LT steel tubular pole or RS joist LT electric pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG winding wire etc complete all as specified and directed as under:- (a) Squirel (6/1x2.11 aluminium and 1x3.15 steel) Note:- Any breack or damage insulator has been change and the cost of insulator has been deemed in quoted rate.

Supply and installation water proof feeder box of size 75x60x45CM mounted on 50x50x5 MM angle iron frame factory made having 3 phase 4 wire 200 Amps aluminium busbar drilled for connecting incoming and out going cables of size 35 to 120 Sq mm with 4 nos cable gland suitable for cable 35 to 120 Sqmm at bottom and painting of feeder box with two coats of smoke gray paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing street light fittings from pole and replacing with 45 watt LED fittings including 25 mm bore GI pipe light grade(Length as required and directed by Engineer -in-charge), 2.5 sqmm pvc twin core aluminium cable from conductor to street light not less than 2 mtr, testing after to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Make:- C&S with cat Part No. LTESSE45WLED or equivalent in Wippro/ Phillips/ Havells

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 60x60x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2. 25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to and incl the earth test point of galvanized Iron/steel of size 75x75x 25mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering and connected to earth test point including brazing at all joints except at test point and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of trees all as along the LT/HT line in such away that there is clear distance of 3.00 mtr between tree and electric line. The work will be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge irrespective of the size of the tree branches etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1). Tree branches will be left as it is the wood belong to cantt board/DO. They will be responsible for the wood. (2) Contractor will be employ sufficient labour to complete the full one job with in above 15 days (3). Contractor will be responsible for any type of accident while trimming the trees. (4) Contractor superviser will take proper shut down for MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply, however full assistant will be provided by MES staff.
