COMPREHENSIVE MAINT/REPAIR OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES AT INS DRONACHARYA AND SMA RAMESWARAM UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Comprehensive maintenance of fire pump house and connected control gear, equipment complete including testing functionality of all electric and mechanical components cleaning, lubrication of pumps and all mechanical parts for the following fire pump houses and complete systems installed at all connected buildings, all as specified and as directed. (a) SMA Rameswaram Fire pump house. (b) Map Phase I Fire Pump House SMA Rameswaram (c) 66 MCPOs Fire pump house SMA Rameswaram (d) LAVANI bldg Fire Pump House (e) JACOB bldg Fire Pump House (f) Gandhari Fire Pump House INS Dronacharya. (g) Vishnu, Bhisma, Balram, Gopal, Lathika, Mahanadhi, Rajput and Krishna Building Fire pump house at INS Dronacharya The firefighting system consists the following :- (i) Main Pump, Engine pump, Jockey pump, Terrace Pump, LT Control Panels, Control wiring, Yard hydrant, Brigade inlet, addressable panel and annunciator, Manual call points and alarm system, single/double hydrant outlets, fire hose outlets, Pressure gauges, Air release valve and all connected accessories entire premises at INS Dronacharya and SMA Rameswaram

Notes for item No.1 above :- (i) Cleaning inspecting, checking and carrying out minor repairs as required to all the equipment of fire pump house. (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of fire pumping, riser and detection systems in presence of Engr-in-charge. (iii) The contractor shall submit test report monthly regarding functioning of all the equipment duly signed by contractor and Engr-in-Charge. (iv)Emergency visit shall be carried out when called in addition to the normal monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost. (v) Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

Supply, fixing, in repairs testing and commissioning of Industrial type Pressure Switch having 1/4" BSP(F) connection IP:32 enclosure protection, phosphor bronze bellows as sensing element, SDPT contact system, switch rating 6A Inductive/lOA resistive 380 V AC, 0.2A Inductive/10A resistive 250V DC suit with ball valve etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fixing in repairs Pressure Gauge 100mm dia with ball valve of pressure of 21Kg/Sqcm, 3/8" BSP bottom entry, weather proof with stainless steel internals, siphon tube and ball valve including fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting to fire hydrant box, fire pipe line, fire pump, panel and yard post etc. with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of red colour over a one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Fire Hydrant Landing Valve type A (Single Head Outlet) type with SS female coupling valve conforming to IS:5290-1993 having 80mm dia inlet with PVC Cap and locking mechanism, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs horizontal type Cast Iron Dual Plate Non-return valve 100mm dia of approved quality conforming to API-594 standards with nuts, Bolts, Washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Gun metal gate valve 40 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs testing and commissioning of Gun metal Ball valve 25mm dia PN 1.6 with rubber insertion nuts, Steel Ball with hand lever operated screwed end conforming to IS 554 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Cast Iron Butterfly valve class PN 1.6 of 100mm dia with rubber insertion nuts, SG iron or DI Disc hand lever operated type with flanges, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. conforming to IS 13095, of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of weather proof Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red outside and brilliant white inside yard and locking arrangements suitable to accommodate internal hydrant 2 Nos with15m long hose pipe, 2 No. branch pipe, fittings etc. The cabinet shall be painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red externally and white internally and shall be suitably mounted on concrete bases complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs testing and commissioning of 63mm dia 15m long fire hose Pipe (Hose Pipe shall be of synthetic fibre) confirming to IS 636 complete with SS male and female coupling confirming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs First Aid Hose Reel wall mounting swinging type complete with drum, bracket, gate valve/ stop cock and 19mm dia 30m long high pressure hose reel tubing of Thermoplastic Type II hose conforming to IS12585 with ISI mark with gunmetal shut off nozzle with 5mm orifice complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Stainless Steel Fire Brigade Inlet 4-way connection for connecting to external fire hydrant ring main consisting of four nos 63mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in check valves and 150mm dia, flanged outlet complete with all accessories etc. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Stainless steel 63mm dia short Branch Pipe with 15mm bore nozzle of gunmetal having screw threaded and hexagonal head conforming to IS903 with ISI mark complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs yard hydrant post / stand post 80mm Dia GI / MS both flanged type 1.5m height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Smoke Detectors complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type multi sensor detector with heat and smoke combination as per IS: 11360, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs addressable manual call point resettable type all as specified and as directed.

Supply, replacement, making connection, testing & commissioning of hooter operated on 100V AC/ 24V DC duly enclosed in MS sheet enclosure with suitable audible range of 25-30m, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs glass pane 4mm thick glazed to MS box with S-type (Double Cut) rubber beading not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs ABS nozzle PVC size 20 mm dia suitable for hose reel complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Servicing of induction motor 10 HP coupled with fire pump complete including oiling, burnt winding replacement, greasing, replacement of worn out rubber packing, bearing worn out nuts and washers etc. and complete serving of pump including testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Servicing of induction motor 15/20 HP coupled with fire pump complete including oiling, greasing, replacement of worn out rubber packing, bearing worn out nuts and washers etc. and complete serving of pump including testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Servicing of induction motor 40 HP coupled with fire pump complete including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out rubber packing, bearing worn out nuts and washers etc. and complete serving of pump including testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Servicing of induction motor 60/75 HP coupled with fire pump complete including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out rubber packing, bearing worn out nuts and washers etc. and complete serving of pump including testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Servicing of induction motor 90/100 HP coupled with fire pump complete including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out rubber packing, bearing worn out nuts and washers etc. and complete serving of pump including testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for servicing of 50/56 HP Kirlosker Diesel engine including fuel pump, nozzle, starter, changing of engine oil, filter etc. at Vishnu pump house INS Dronacharya and SMA Rameswaram complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs soft starter for 10 to 15 HP pump set operating voltage 415 volt including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs star delta starter for 40 to 60 HP pump set operating voltage 415 volt including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs star delta starter for 90 to 100 HP pump set operating voltage 415 volt including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Servicing of Fire alarm control panel and connected cable/sounder/call point including replacement of minor repairs/spare parts like relay electronics components etc. required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs battery 12 V, 150 AH suitable for diesel engine starting including connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs battery 12 V, 7 AH suitable for fire alarm control panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in repairs XLPE 2 core 1.5 Sqmm armoured FRLSH copper cable for fire alarm system fixed in wall all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules up to 200 detectors and modules complete all as specified and as directed.
