Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any excavation in SDR/Loose soil /PCC/Hardstanding/ Interlocking tiles/Bituminous pavement shall be carried out by manual mode only irrespective of Tech/Residential area. In case of mechanical excavation engaged by the contractor, any fault due to rupturing of communication/power/any other utility lines shall be rectified by appropriate joint as per direction of Engr-in-Charge/GE/Stn Auth as deemed fit and no extra cost will be paid in this respect.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , fillings,and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed..

S&F Mild Steel work in tubular trusses,purlins,post,distance pieces including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100mm thick, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge or rubber moulded , cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)as in block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
