Dismantling of brick work

Dismantling doors, windows (steel or wood) shutters including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. including stacking of serviceable materials to departmental stores & disposal of unserviceable materials as and when directed within a radius of 0.5 KM all complete.

Construction

Providing and laying structural Reinforced Cement Concrete of specified grade conforming to IS:456 in superstructure at all floors for maximum staging height of 10m for construction of beams, columns, staircases chajja, roof slabs, facia, canopies, fins, porch, water tank etc. including providing centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, form work, compacting with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing with water etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment for Reinforcement shall be made as per relevant item of SOR).

Supplying & providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) HCR/CRS Fe 500D bars (reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete works) conforming to IS:1786 including initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, placing at any position, at any height & depth with proper size concrete cover block & supports, binding with 18 Gauge G.I. wire at each intersection, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles, transportation, loading, unloading etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge/ Site Engineer.

Providing & laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10mm down size) mixed with approved brand of water proofing compound @ 1Kg/Bag of cement, in roof grading, coping, in bed concrete etc at all heights & depths, including providing centering and shuttering, scaffolding, watering, curing, vibrating, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Providing & laying cement concrete block masonary with blocks of class designation D(5.0) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) at all heights and depths, laid to proper position, line, level including necessary scaffolding, staging, raking out of joints, curing, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, equipment, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and directions of Site Engineer.

In superstructure all floors, mumty parapet etc. at all heights with maximum staging height of 10 m.

Providing and fixing fully glazed window made of powder coated (70 microns) Ivory / White / Coloured (approved shade) standard Aluminium section of JINDAL/ INDALCO/ AJIT INDIA/ HINDALCO or equivalent approved make fixed with necessary galvanised iron lugs embedded in cement concrete block of size 15x10x10cms in 1:2:4 mix or with rawl plug and screws or nuts and bolts as required including providing and fixing 5 mm thick smoke glass panes fitted with rubber gasket, glazing clips, neoprene cushion, aluminium handles, special locking arrangements, guides, all round weather strips etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. ( The item includes GI mesh as per drawing.)

Openable/ sliding type shutter with 5 mm thick glass

Providing and fixing fully glazed single/double leaf doors (one side or both side opening)made of powder coated (70 microns) Ivory / White / Coloured (approved shade) with 5.5 mm thick plain glass (best Indian make ) fitted and fixed with box type 101.6 x 44.45 x3.18 mm Aluminium frame (JINDAL/ HINDALCO/AJIT INDIA) with snap beading and glazing clips, anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS-1868, neoprene cushion, top pivot, locking arrangement hand rail, all accessories etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. Providing & fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing & laying 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand ), including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. complete.

Providing & laying polished Vitrified tiles (anti skid) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete:

Providing integral cement based water proffing in concrete with chemical admixture from Fosroc or Pidilite or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions

Supplying, fabricating and erecting including embedding in RCC/ PCC in position MS structural steel section such as angle, tees, channels, beams and other standard sections, painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 25microns DFT each over a coat of Red Oxide steel primer of 25micron DFT including cleaning the surface of mill scales, rusts, oil, grease and weld slags etc. by hand cleaning, welding as per IS 800, including the cost of all materials, transportation, welding, labour, tools, tackles, consumables, power etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer. The item shall be paid for in Metric Tonne.

Repairing realigning & servicing in position old Staircase (upto first floor having height upto 5.00 M) in perfect working condition. The job is inclusive of removal of old staircase and putting in place including fixing with new structure. The cost is inclusive of providing hydra, necessary equipment, labour and material complete in all respect. Steel structural work will be paid separately, if required for repair job.

Supplying and applying three coats of super acrylic emulsion paint like RANGOLI of Berger or any other approved equivalent brand, of required shade on newly plaster surface including preparation of base surface with putty, two coats of cement primer, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per manufacturer’s recommendations, specification and direction of Site Engineer.

Surface preparation, supplying and painting two or more coats of weather proof acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of make ASIAN (APEX), BERGER or NEROLAC or equivalent on exterior walls over one coat of cement primer and wall putty where required as per specifications and of approved color and make including all scraping , removing unwanted material and scaffolding all complete.

Painting any shade as directed with best quality Synthetic Enamel of ASIAN, BERGER or other equivalent approved make and brand on steel/timber/plastic/metal including smoothening the surface by sand papering etc complete with all labour and materials complete in all respects as directed

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 damp proof course with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone chips 6 mm down size) laid to proper level & line including providing shuttering, applying two coats of bitumen applied @ 1.50 kg/m2 and spreading an even layer of coarse sand over hot bitumen, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Rust Removal/ Convertor: Providing and applying approved chemical rust converter FEOVERT with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application. Measurement shall be on basis of repaired surface area.

Low Viscosity Monomer Impregnation for Strengthening Substrate & sealing cracks: Providing impregnation into prepared concrete surface and seal all the pores with a very low viscosity Poly Methycralate based Monomer MONOPOL to be applied by brush with a consumption of minimum 0.25 Kg/Sq.m

Corrosion Inhibitor: Providing & applying migrating corrosion inhibition treatment EPCO-KP-100 to the entire repair concrete repair surface, Including exposed reinforcement steel. As per detailed specification given and as per recommendations of manufacturer and as directed.

Anticorrosive Treatment to Steel: Providing and applying two coats of IPNet RB anticorrosive coating to the exposed reinforcing bars after application of rust remover on main and lateral links all complete as directed by measument on the reapired area basis.

Rebaring new reinforcement in Footing top and rebaring shear links into old concrete by drilling over size holes as per drawing and filling the gap with Epoxy Resin.
