PILE FOUNDATION:
Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.
Providing RCC with ready mix concrete grade M-30 design mix as per IS-456 with min 400Kg cement per cum of any length/ any sections in cast in situ bored pile complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV complete all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed. Note:- (i)The unit rate quoted under this item is deemed to be inclusive of charges for non destructive test (ii)Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Supply & fix CRS/HCRS/CRM TMT bars 5mm to 10mm dia and over including 12mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and shown on drgs as in Grade beams/tie beams and pile caps stirrups.
Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) vertical load test all as per IS 2911 part IV Cl 5.1.1 including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in any type of soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/grade beams/tie beams etc all as specified and shown on drawings.
Excavation over areas 1.5m deep and not exceeding 3m deep in any type of soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/grade beams/tie beams etc all as specified and shown on drawings.
Returning, filling in around pile cap, plinth beams, grade/tie beams etc using excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50m and not exc. 100m deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:
Material and Labour for point wiring with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size nominal area PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn in and including concealed PVC rigid conduit heavy duty and conduit acccessories concealed in wall/ floor/ roof etc. ISI marked making good the surfaces as per existing surfaces or as directed including modular GI flush box of suitable size including single core stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate include cost of cutting wall/floor/ceiling and making chases and MS box in allied for cutting and sinking for boxes and making good to walls, no extra payment will be made for the same. Material and labour for DI pipes 200mm bore PN 16, centrifugally cast (Spun), internal cement mortar lining, external zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen coating, pressure pipe with flanged ends, conforming to IS: 8329 - 2000 with ISI marked K-9 in standard length including necessary rubber gasket (EPDM elastomeric type), tyton joints, jointing materials complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for DI pipes 150mm bore PN 16, centrifugally cast (Spun), internal cement mortar lining, external zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen coating, pressure pipe with flanged ends, conforming to IS: 8329 - 2000 with ISI marked K-9 in standard length including necessary rubber gasket (EPDM elastomeric type), tyton joints, jointing materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing/ laying of MS pipe, heavy grade of size 150 mm bore, ISI marked in any lengths with all fittings like bent, elbow, Tee, flange, short piece, nut, bolt, gasket etc. including, in trenches or fixed on walls floors/roof etc by providing fixing arrangement by means of suitable MS clamps for the wet riser and welding of pipes and duly paintedwith two coats approved synthetic enamel paint fire red colour over one coat of zinc chromate primer/ polythene based coating and wrapping when laid in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, fixing/ laying of MS pipe, heavy grade of size 100 mm bore, ISI marked in any lengths with all fittings like bent, elbow, Tee, flange, short piece, nut, bolt, gasket etc. including, in trenches or fixed on walls floors/roof etc by providing fixing arrangement by means of suitable MS clamps for the wet riser and welding of pipes and duly paintedwith two coats approved synthetic enamel paint fire red colour over one coat of zinc chromate primer/ polythene based coating and wrapping when laid in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing/ laying of GI pipe, heavy duty of size 65mm dia, ISI marked in any lengths with all fittings like bent, elbow, Tee, flange, short piece, nut, bolt, gasket etc. including fixed on walls floors/roof etc by providing fixing arrangement by means of suitable MS clamps for the wet riser and welding of pipes and painting with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint fire red colour over one coat of zinc chromate primer/ polythene based coating and wrapping when laid in ground complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down/up existing old unserviceable fire fighting pipe lines of dia 200/150/100/80mm including fittings/ valves/ hydrants complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately).
Taking down/up existing PVC pipe lines of dia 100/80/32mm or any dia including fittings and relaying/refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately).
Material and labour for cutting/ breaking of cement concrete or bituminous road/ hard standing of any thickness with or without reinforcement for taking up/ down of GI/ CI pipes and connection and making good all disturbed surfaces by using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded stone aggregate upto the existing ground level complete all as specifed and as directed.
Material and labour for plinth 800 x 250mm and 600mm height above ground level for placing hose cabinet made of PCC blocks and CM 1:3 plastering above ground level and cement concrete foundation using type D2, 1:4:8; 40mm grade aggregate 150 mm below ground all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimensions 900 x 900 x 900 mm, bottom floor of the pit shall be constructed in PCC 1:3:6, 15cm thick with 20mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM 1:4,15mm thick. The top cover of the pit shall be made out of MS sheet min 3 mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 02 nos steel hinges and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire/ strip armoured electric power cables, heavy duty LT 1100 Volt grade, with aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/ fixing on wall/ poles/ passing through pipes complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.
Supply and spread riddle soil as earth cushioning to UG cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/ roots etc and refilling/ spread in trenches as cushioning and rammed down to form a solid bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Excavated approved soil shall be riddled by using mesh of size not exceeding 12.5mm sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS.
Taking down unserviceable control cable including steel conduit complete along with fittings such as detectors, manual call points, response indicator etc. and removing the material from work site and making good the disturbed portion/ surface of wall/ floor/ ceiling etc by using cement mortar and colour/ white wash to match with the existing surface/ location complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Supply, laying & testing on ceiling/ surface of the wall, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed FRLS cable galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables, heavy duty with solid copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 2 core, 1100 volts grade with ISI marked, red colour with proper clamping, supports and terminations complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, laying & testing on ceiling/ surface of the wall or lay in trenches through existing HDPE conduit, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed FRLS cable galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables, heavy duty with solid copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 4 core, 1100 volts grade with ISI marked, red colour with proper clamping, supports and terminations complete all as specified and as directed.
Note: a) The flame detectors essentially line of sight devices. Special care to be taken to ensure to respond to the required area in the zone. Same shall be shielded or otherwise arranged to prevent from unwarranted radiant energy. b) Contractor should submit detailed design/ schematic drawings of fire alarm system marked all fittings such as all detectors, MCPs, response indicators, control panel etc. as per site condition duly vetted by OEM conforming to IS specification, CFEES report for approval of Accepting Officer before execution of work.

Material and labour for clean off all surface coating and stain around the leakage area, study and determine leak pattern and establish leakage source, drill injection ports at distance of 200 mm c/c to intercept the leak paths. The injection ports shall be drilled at a depth required. Check for positive interception of injection ports on leak path by obvserving for leakage diversion through injection ports. If leak is not detected in the injection ports, change loaction or angle and redrill. Once positive interception is confirmed, clean injections ports with water and install mechanical injection packers which prevents back flush of grout and capable of holding pressure of upto 1050 PSI (7N/sqmm). Pump water through injection packers to flush out leak path as well as saturate it with water, if necesssary. Ceal off honey comb area or larger crack which leak severly when pumped with water, with hydraulic cement, if necessary. Pump water reactive polyurethane grout through injection packers pressure. As the grouts expand during the reaction of water, it is necessary to returned to previously grouted points to check that the prescribed back pressure is maintained before grout is fully cured. Remove injection packer after the grout has fully cured complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
