M&L repair to potholes of depth exceeding 30mm, area not exceeding one sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc by using pressured air, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and by applying a priming/tack coat of bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5kg per 10sqm by using mechanical sprayer and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 9.8kg per 10sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified & directed. Note: GE will inform Accepting officer for convening a Board of Officers at least seven days prior to execution of this item.

M&L preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all dust/dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified & directed

M&L laying premix bituminous macadam using 20mm size graded crushed stone aggregate (grading 2 with nominal aggregate size 19mm), mixed with binder content (paving bitumen grade VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm) in single layer complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) For price adjustment of bitumen & other requirements, refer Sch 'A' Notes/Particular specifications. (ii) GE will inform Accepting officer for convening a Board of Officers at least seven days prior to execution of this item.

M&L 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous pre-mixed, hot mix, semi-dense asphaltic concrete with coarse aggregate of grading 1 as per MORT&H specification in single layer using binder content (paving bitumen grade VG-30) @ 5.5% by weight of the total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of filler (OPC cement) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor and compacted with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified & directed. Note: For price adjustment of bitumen & other requirements, refer Sch 'A' Notes/Particular specifications.

M&L painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. of width exceeding 100mm on roads/pavements by hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint(white/yellow) inclusive type I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORT&H, applied in uniform thickness of atleast 2.5mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II @ 250 gram per sqm & painting materials @ 650 gram per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35, with traffic diversion arrangements if required, complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement solar road stud of aluminum alloy shell (100% water proofing design according to IP 67), size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm), high efficiency monocrystal solar panel 2.4volt/0.3watt, one Nickel cadmium rechargeable battery (1.2volt/1600mAh) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mili-candela, night view distance upto 1000mtr, designed to bear minimum load approx 10 tonnes fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. Make: Catpart/Model No. DA 110(Dhruv) of Dark Eye or equivalent in 3M or Shakti

S&F in replacement road stud(any tint), ABS material body, approx size 100mm x 120mm x 20mm, weight not less than 435 gram, having 50mm long shank, plastic body reflective panel with two highly reflective reflectors, two way fitted in the body fixed with approved epoxy adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Catpart/Model No. DA-972 of Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M or Shakti

For Credit Schedule, refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
