Cleaning external painted surface wall of height upto 25m and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth, loose finishing materials like paint/putty/texture etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Finishing walls with two or more coats of water proofing Damp block 2K (or approved equivalent) over Interior walls as per manufacturers specifications on wall after preparation of the wall by applying crack filling wherever needed at all levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels. Applying Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations, prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface by scrapping/cleaning, etc. complete on steel work at all levels -The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs/ terrace by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying:(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm.(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm.(c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (If any, which will be paid for separately). For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured."

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to an give even shade one or more coats including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface by scrapping/cleaning, etc. complete on steel work at all levels as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing Melamine polishing on wood work with minium coats upto getting even shade including hire charges for spraying machine, materials, labour, etc.rate included the cleaning of existing surface and one coat of suitable primer. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture to give even shade.

Smooth plastering of exterior surface for painting - providing 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc after surface preparation by clearing the damaged plastering complete at all levels as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.

Repairs to plaster of mix cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand) thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard otside the campus. The rate shall include the cost of scaffolding wherever required at all levels.
