RENOVATION OF DEPARTMENTAL CANTEEN/KITCHEN AND CONSTRUCTION OF LADIES TOILET AT HWBF, TALCHER PLANT SITE FOR THE YEAR 2025-26.

Amount

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 2km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 2KM lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry / Brick masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 2km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 2KM metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 including cost of scaffolding, raking of joints, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 fine sand ) proportion over brick masonry walls and concrete surfaces at all heights,including racking of joints,hacking of concrete surfaces, curing,scaffolding,providing grooves etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate) with 40mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations, plinth and under floor including ramming, leveling, curing, formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm, 10mm & 6mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations,plinth,and under floor including ramming,leveling,curing,formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.PCC 1;2:4

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in roofs, slabs, lintels, beams, chajjas, columns, walls, vertical/horizontal fins and all kinds of maintenance works including drip moulds, centering, shuttering, scaffolding, consolidating, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete.1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of GI pipe (Medium quality) confirming to IS 1239 complete with ISI marked GI fittings for all external works below ground level as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. ( Tata/Jindal/ other approved brand by EIC). Example 1" dia pipe of length 6 meter will execute 6 quantity.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 ( Part - 1) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face venners on both face of shutter including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality vitrified wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make and brand like johnson or kajaria, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand like johnson or kajaria & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone of 25 mm thick in slab flooring, skirting, dado and pillars, etc over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying floor polishing on kota stone flooring with wax polish of approved brand and manufacture and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying polished Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except Black, Cherry/Ruby Red in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand like berger or asian and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on old work including preparation of surface like scrapping the existing oil paint etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) , having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand like asian or berger and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour, of approved manufacturer including preparation of surface by scrapping and applying wall putty (as per the requirement) for distempering, cost of Brush, Sand paper, Wall Putty, Scaffolding etc. all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet of brand like jaguar, johnson,perryware, or cera (European type W.C. pan) with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china orissa pattren W.C pan brand like jaguar, johnson,perryware, or cera of size 580x440mm with integraltype foot rests with 100 mm sand cast iron P or S trap , 10 liter low level white P.V.C flushing cistern with manually controlled device ( handle Lever ) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal brand like jaguar, johnson,perryware, or cera of size 580x380x350 mm with white PVC automatic flushing cistern,with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders withunions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS :2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :Single half stall urinal with 5 litre P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass ( of approved quality ) complete with 6mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin brand like jaguar, johnson,perryware, or cera size 550x400mm with single 15mm C.P brass pillar tap with CI brackets,15 mm flexible inlet pipe ,and 32 mm cp brass waste coupling with standard pattern,including painting of fittings and brackets etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position anodised aluminium fixed window /ventilators /doors with hydraulic door closer using extruded sections of approved manufacturers viz. Jindal/Indal, frames, mullions, shutters fabrication & fixing etc. as per relevant I.S. specifications,aluminium frame work of approved manufacturers for partition wall using prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS 12823 grade i type ii,in paneling fixed in aluminium partition frames with stainless steel screws etc including 4mm thick approved quality transperenent glass of modiguard or equivalent make with PVC lining/rubber gasketting to ensure air tightness. complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and installing Aquaguard reverse osmosis water treatment system for drinking purpose 12 LPH.(Nova RO+UV+UF+Alkaline) of brand aquaguard complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Hand drier of approved brand like Havels/Johnson/Jaguar, etc including all necessary fittings and fixtures complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
