Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M deep for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC in foundations, plinth beams, filling and mass concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork flat or curved to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of square pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions fair finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No. 1.05 above, but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups , spacers & binders complete.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Using 20mm graded stone aggegate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, lintel beams, bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Using 20mm graded aggegate) Ready mix concrete uas as in columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Ccement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, pole including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410- W(Gde E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts of 20 mm dia neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated semi corrugated,,trapezoidal or any profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in chajjas, roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in hard /dense soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey and any pigments 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and incl cement screed 15mm thick in 1:6 all as specified and directed

S & F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sq. mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal plug and socket board with MCB single pole 20 amps, 16KA all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix air circulator fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 600 mm sweep suitable for wall mounting all as specified and as directed.
