Non skid Ceramic coloured Joint free tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8-9mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exc 0.38 sqm each) as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over 20mm thick screed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), the complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even & smooth without using extra cement making 10mm wide joints at every 3m interval and at every corner, filled with mixture of bitumen and sand (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing surface with wire brush removal of all dust & grit of sunken floors, providing 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using WPC at the rate of 3% by wt of cement, one coat of hot blown bitumen VG10 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm on all plastered surface and providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with WPC in slope towards outside, min thickeness of PCC is 25mm & max 75mm providing 40mm dia PVC spout of lenth 50cm complete and tested for leakage, seepage and filling with lime concrete or lean concrete 1:5:10 using brickes bat complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping and removal of spalled concrete, cracked, porous and weak concrete upto a depth of the reinforcement rods of depth of carbonation whichever is deeper and cleaning of the reinforcement bars and exposed concrete to remove scales by chipping, wire brushing, emery sheets etc to enable the measurement of reduced dia of the bar, application of zinc primer to the reinforcement on all sides of the reinforcement and application of epoxy bonding agent to exposed old concrete surface. The job shall be carried with contractors own pneumatic chipper / manually with all required resources, tools and tackels up to the satisfaction of EIC. payment towards application of zinc primer and epoxy bonding agant shall be paid in respective item rate of contract.

Providing and plaing in position Micro - Concrete as per relevant ASTM / BS / IS having comp. strength of min 45 mpa at 2 days of make PIDILITE/ BASF/SIKA/FOSROC or equivalent in columns and beams, which shall be pre-packed single component, chloride free, non shrink, free flow, self compacting and mixed as per manufacturere spacification, including required leak proof shuttering, pre - soaking of substrate, manual application or pumping, manpower and tools & tackles all complete as per direction of the Engineer - In - Charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wall complete including disposal or rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4Coarse Sand) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Demolition of old textile covering from roof (old WPT) complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.
