Dismantling roofing including ridges,hips,valleys and gutters etc and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of G.I sheet.as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with in 50 metres lead. as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows(steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats,architrave,hold fast etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:of area 3 sqm.and below. as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Tacking out existing wooden door shutter,repair by cutting, painting etc and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws,etc.as required. all complete. as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead as perspecification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking materials wirthin 50 metres lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.as perspecification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing TATA with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Ridge or hips 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing TATA with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/Facia /soffits/ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete.as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
