M&L 150mm spread thickness soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter sticks filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm thick WBM, in two layers of 75mm thick each (Compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) of type granite, trap or basalt, spreading, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick (spread thickness) filling/cushion under floors with 6mm graded coarse aggregate, spreading, leveling and consolidating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment, spreading and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid block of PCC 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exceeding 10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick, rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished with even and smooth without using extra cement on fair faces of brickwork or concrete block masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel not exceeding 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct to item no 20 here-in-before for every 25 mm or part there of above or below 30 cm girth complete all as specified and directed

M&L Precast cement concrete slabs/shelves/landing and similar articles with plain faces in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work for fair faces of concrete and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as in item no 23 here-in-before but for 6mm to 8mm dia
