Repair and maintenance 250 KVA Transformers available with khasiamangal Campus 104 Bn BSF under SHQ BSF Teliamura

Complete checking & cleaning of the 250 KVA, 11 KV/.433 kV transformers for oil leakages, holes in the radiator fins, flapper valve packings, top cover plates, threaded fittings, flapper flanges, radiator flanges, electrical bushing,conservator tank, cable box, explotion vent leaks, and stopping leakage by providing necessary sealants, gaskets, rubber washers, chemical cleaning agents,nut bolts or any other consumables, including the opening of the top cover and draining out the oil to repair leakage (if required), to ensure zero leakage, etc. Also, complete cleaning of outer surface of the transformer as required. Enamelled painting on the outer surface of the transformer, including dismantling, loading and unloading of the transformer at substation , installation of the repaired transformer at the site, making connections, testing and commissioning, etc as required. The quoted rate should include credit for old scrap material which will be retained by the contractor (Contractor have to provide 12 months warranty for repaired job)

Supplying and refiling of the new EHV grade transformer oil in the existing transformer confirming to IS: 335/1993 with up-to-date amendment up to the required level. The quoted rate should include credit for old transformer oil, which will be retained by the contractor.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil by high vacuum machine, in transformers of 250 KVA, ratings to free the oil from any impurities, sludge and moisture to get the desired level of BDV value as per relevant IS standard, including breakdown Voltage strength test before and after dehydration at site including submission of test report complete etc. as required. [All necessary tools, machinery spares, consumables to be provided by the contractor]

Providing and replacing silica gel breather containing 500 gram of silica gel (as per IS: 3401-1992) on existing 11/0.433kV transformers etc. as required. [All necessary tools, machinery spares, consumables to be provided by the contractor]

Supplying and fixing of 11 KV HV bushing suitable for 250 KVA Tranformer as per IS standard, including testing etc as required. [All necessary tools, machinery spares, consumables to be provided by the contractor]

Supplying and fixing of 11 KV HV brass stud suitable for 250 KVA Tranformer as per IS standard, including testing etc as required. [All necessary tools, machinery spares, consumables to be provided by the contractor]

Supplying and fixing of 440 volt, LV bushing suitable for 250 KVA Tranformer as per IS standard including testing etc as required. [All necessary tools, machinery spares, consumables to be provided by the contractor]

Supplying and fixing of LV brass stud suitable for 250 KVA Tranformer as per IS standard including testing etc as required. [All necessary tools, machinery spares, consumables to be provided by the contractor]
