Construction of Auditorium(capacity-800 seats) at NCERT Campus, New Delhi (SH: Providing comprehensive consultancy services for Architectural and Engineering planning for C/o Auditorium (capacity-800 seats) which includes preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed drawings, detailed estimate, structural design & drawings, services design & drawings, Electrical service drawings and any other design and drawings related to auditorium including approval of above drawings from appropriate authority).

Providing consultancy services for Architectural and Engineering Planning for C/o Auditorium (800 capacity) and with approximately built up area of 4450 Sqm including; (i) Preparation of Concept Plan, Preliminary Architectural Drawings, Detailed Drawings & their approval from appropriate authority, Detailed Estimate, Structural design & drawings i/c proof checking, all services design & drawings, preparation of bid document complete as per attached terms and conditions. (ii) Design & drawings of Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water, Rainwater Harvesting Scheme, Horticulture & Landscaping and Interior work i/c acoustic & Furniture works and any other design /drawing related to C/o Auditorium. (iii)Design & drawings of internal and external Electrical services (including cabling work), Rising Mains, Street Lighting, Energy meter board, Sub-station, DG Sets, UPS, HVAC, Mechanical ventilation scheme, Firefighting scheme i/c Fire Alarm, Wet Riser System & Sprinkler Systems, BMS, Solar power plant, Solar water heating system, Audio Video Systems, Stage lighting, Motorized Stage Curtain, Access Control System, LAN System, CCTV, Lifts and Water Supply Pumps etc and any provision which will be suggested by CPWD or client for optimal use of proposed building.
