Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete etc. Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of VX polymer based anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surface over 10 cm width or girth,complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of VX polymer based anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete,including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, Pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed portion/ surface of wall/ floor/ ceiling etc by using cement mortar and colour/ white wash to match with the existing surface/location complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring from batten/conduit of any size including earth wire and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for point wiring with copper conductor, single core, multistranded, 1100 volt grade, conforming to IS-694 PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cables of size 1.5 Sq.mm 2 run and one run of 1.5 Sq.mm for earth continuity to be drawn in PVC casing & capping not less than 25 mm width MS sheet metal switch / terminal box 1.2 mm thick and Hylum sheet switch including all necessary wall cutting for sinking's of boxes and making good disturbed surface to existing walls incl colour washing etc all as directed and specified. (a) One light point/ point controlled by one switch.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 11 here-in-before but for one ceiling fan/exhaust fan with cables 1.5 sqmm size.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 11 here-in-before but one 3/5 pin socket 5 Amps on the same board with other switches with cables 1.5 sqmm size.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 11 here-in-before, but one 3/5 pin socket 5 Amps, independent, with cables 1.5 sqmm size.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 11 here-in-before but for bell/buzzer controlled by one bell push button switch with cables 1.5 sqmm size.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 11 above but for 3/5 pin socket outlet 5/15 Amps, independent with 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor FRLS complete with 2.50 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with two run single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts, grade having stranded copper conductor of 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area FRLS drawn through PVC casing and capping including one run of single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two runs of Copper Conductor of PVC insulated unsheathed 4 Sqmm and one run of size 4Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper wire& PVC casing caping will be measured as a single length.

M & L for submain wiring with two run single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts, grade having stranded copper conductor of 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area FRLS drawn through PVC casing and capping including one run of single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two runs of Copper Conductor of PVC insulated unsheathed 6 Sqmm and one run of size 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper wire & PVC casing caping will be measured as a single length.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below ground level with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanised iron earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers maade out of galvanised iron steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and earth wire protected by galvanised pipe light grade 15mm bore and connected to LT panel/ pole through test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, GI light grade 15mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire brush, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 20mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 , covere slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS hook 6mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion

Taking down to ceiling fan/exhaust fan, and , dismantling blades of any type, any capacity at any height and in any position and deposit to AGE E/M yard store for further disposal all as specified

Supply and fix and renewing the old fan with BLDC ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep, 220 - 240 volts, AC, 50 Hz operated with regulator and hanging with fan hook, down rod up to 02 feet and connecting up with provn of 3 core copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as directed.

S & F LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulk head luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair of LED building security light fitting 25 watts protection comprises of a pressure die cast aluminium housing, polycarbonate cover, high power LED with lenses, 10KV built-in-surge protection, electronic driver, etc and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up with PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm, 3 core as required for connections and 32 mm bore light grade G I tube mounting bracket of 1.5 metre in length, bend to shape at 140 degree in ‘L’ shape and fixed to wall by means flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as directed.

S&F in repair square type surface mounted LED slim panel light fitting 1x12 watt with out put lumens not less then 840 PF > 0.9 ,powder coated white finish housing with PMMA diffuser , electronic driver and connecting with three core PVC copper flexible cable of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose to connector block complete all as specified. Make : in Philps /bajaj /Osram

Taking down unserviceable LT Cables of any type and any capacity from existing position complete, all as specified and as directed .

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts , grade with stranded aluminium conductor,of size 50 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M& L for painting of LT Panel boards outdoor/indoor of sizes upto 100 x 100 x 40 cms , by scrapping out of rusted uneven surfaces and applying by spray painting two coats of paint of desired shade over a coat of mettallic primer as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in renewal MCCB 415V 125 Amps TPN 16 kA thermal magnetic release with spreader terminals adjustable type and including making necessary connections, fixing to panel Boards and ensure compatibility with existing MCCB in fit and finish complete all as specified and directed to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Digital type Voltmeter 0-500 volts, 3 Phase, 4 digit, high resolution, LED type with one side programmability complete all as specified and directed to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Ammeter digital type (0-500 Amps) with rezin cast copper wound CT coil assy of suitable ratio & size class I accuracy, 0.5 VA burden, & on site programmability complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down aluminium/GI/copper strip of upto 32 x 6 mm from the inspection box to the earth pit//roof conductors/down conductors and disconnecting insulators from the multi stories buildings/structures/over head tanks etc including porcelain insulators, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down the inspection box of any size, jointing togather copper/aluminium /GI strip with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down earth with electrode/plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down air termination aluminium/copper single pointed rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down GI tubing medium grade 40 mm & 50 mm including dismantling PCC base/clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix air termination, single pointed, Aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x75 x 25 mm drilled & screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm fixed on wall/structures of communication towers by using porcelain insulator clamps with welding base in towers and connecting to roof conductor/slove conductor/test point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for GI strip 32X 6 mm fixed on wall/structures of communication towers by using porcelain insulated clamps with welding base in towers and connecting to roof conductor/slope conductor/test point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt ,nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel besides welding of all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, G.I.pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of G.I.strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised iron /steel of size 75 x75x 25 mm , supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B-I using 20 mm stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round ,PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate no 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Cost of earthing strip & GI pipe 40mm up to 7.5 m shall be included in cost of above item.

Excavating and cutting the existing hard standing to a width road n.exe 1.5 m and not exe 1.5 m in deep and marking good after laying GI pipe for encasing GI strips all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix renewal of integral LED aviation Obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure along with programmable digital time switch and one MCB SP AC 240 VOLTS OF 06 Amps fixed in a wall bracket enclosures.

M&L and renewal of XLPE Insulated, PVC Sheathed, Armoured with Multi-stranded Aluminium Conductor Cable having Cross-sectional area 6 Sqmm, 2 Core, 1100 Volt grade, Heavy Duty, conforming to IS:7098 (Part-1), laid in Trenches/Ducts or Passing through Pipes or Fixing on Poles, walls etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
