M&L in repair for 2nd class hard wood Plain fillets exc 13 & n.exc 25 sqcm, square, rectangular or triangular in section of wought, secured with screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs sectional area 6 to 13 Sq cm pvc modular strips of any size feathered at the edges for fixing at the edges of PVC wall panelling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Aluminium (Die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 3, universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L in repair for fabrication and fixing of powder coated aluminium door shutter fixed with rubber gasket, stopper, cleats, handles etc complete for aluminium frame of size 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 2mm and section of bottom and top rail of section114mmx44.45mmx2mm thick and and lock rail shutter frame of 83mm x 44.45mm x 2 mm with and including panels of 5.5 mm thick plain/frosted float glass,and with anodised aluminium snap beading of size 18.2mmx16.66mm scred for fixing fully including double action door spring hydraulically regulated made up of 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and all necessary fittinngsand EPDM rubber packing each shutter shall be provided with two decorative type aluminium disc handle of 150 mm dia per shutter ,1 no heavy duty door shutter 1no 200mm long aluminium tower bolt per shutter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 150 mm overall length Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 12mm thick particle board,medium density,flat pressed,three layertype with BWR type adhessive,fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Ceiling Board of any description and any thickness including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanized steel tubing medium grade, 40 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick non-Asbestos fibre cement building board( E-board) false ceiling with board of size 600x600mm with powder coated GI snap grid frame work including cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed including all necessary drilling and necessary arrangement to fix electrical items as under:- (a) 27x27x0.55mm thick GI angle powder coated duly plugged @ 600mm centre to centre along perimeter of wall. (b) 25x25x0.55mm thick GI tee powder coated as main and cross runners suspended with 1.6mm dia GI wire suspenders(n.exc 1.2mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fastners plugging in RCC slab/A.I Runner of slopped roof placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall. (c) Fixing of 4mm thick non-Asbestos fibre cement building board( E-board) false ceiling with board of size 600x600mm of approved texture and finished complete with two coats of oil based distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer on ceiling. NOTE: The complete ceiling work shall be done as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

S&F in replacement for CP curtain rod 25 mm dia with socket and bldg including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix 4mm thick ordinary quality glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50sqm in each panel including hacking out old one complete all as directed.

S&F of galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in door, gates etc and similar works complete all as directed .

Supply & fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riv-eted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 390 Gde E-165 complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling incld cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F non skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, superior quality 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, superior quality 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor or apron etc laid bedded and poimted in cement morter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20 mm thickscreed bed in CM in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in celling finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying one coat cement base putty of required thickness, making absolutely smooth and even surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion Distemper complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair factory made UPVC white colour Sliding window Three track (area n exc 2.00sqm each) made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment)
