Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of earth depth upto 1.5 mt. Below G.L. for laying of sewer manholes, Gully pits, Chambers, sumps etc. in ordinary soil(earth,sand loam and clay) joints, pits, trimming, dressing, levelling refilling of trenchesincluding cutting of in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches.Excavation in soil mixed with morum,shingle,kankar requaring use of specials T&P.

Provide & fixing of Open Timbering (covering1/3rd of surface area by planks), in trenches for the following depths below ground level consisting of 40mm thick approved country wood planks for poling board, 125mm × 75mm Indian Salwood walers and 100 mm dia Sal wood ballies for struts at 1.50m interval including removal after laying of sewer(both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

Providing granular bedding with carefully compacted backfill at all level using graded hard crusher broken stone 100% passing through 20mm sieve , 20-50% passing through 10mm sieve and 100% retained on 6mm sieve, laying in layers of not more then 15 cm thick including ramming, watering, compaction etc. complete for pipe bedding and surrounding as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Width of bedding ( Outer diameter of pipe + 200mm )

Providing plain cement concrete bedding with 1:2:4 (M-15 grade ) with carefully compacted backfill using 20mm and down hard crusher broken stone laying in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including shuttering, compaction, curing, etc., complete for PCC bedding and surrounding as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Width of bedding ( Outer diameter of pipe + 200mm or 1.25 times of outer diameter , whichever is more )

Supply laying and jointing of following dia. R.C.C. NP-3 class (with spigot & Socket (S/S) ends) as per IS: 458-2003 {Amended up to date) with Rubber gaskets at site of work, lowering the same into trenches in depths up to required depth below ground level true to alignment as per drawings and jointing with 1:1 cement mortar in coarse sand including cost of all jointing materials, testing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( Pipes of dia 300mm and above have to be NP-3 reinforced made by vertical vibrated casting process with S/S ends conforming to IS 458 : 2003.

Constructing Brick Masonry Manhole of various dia and depth as per IS :4111 par1( latest ammendment) in FPS brick class designation M-100 in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including nside and outside 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside only. The work includes excavation, dewatering, planking, strutting etc. refilling, disposal of surplus earth with all lift and lead of 50m, Including construction of concrete base with PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), preparation of channal up to the height of'the'pipe and benching in PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including neat cement finished, suitable connection of inlet & outlet pipes,manhole cover and frame,foot rest, testing (watertightness} of manhole, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (the depth of manhole will be measured from the invert of the pipe to top of the manhole cover).

Repairing of leakage in existing pipe line including Excavation in ordianry soil mixed with shingle boulders etc. for repair of leakage in existing pipe line including supply and fixing of necessary specials, fixingof C.I.D/ joints.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of .20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Open Graded Premix Surfacing ( Providing,laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.60mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen or cutback or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a smoth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity,finished to required level and grades.

Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement , Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504

Constructin of percast RCC chamber inside the premises of indiividual houses with clear inside opening of 400 mm dia (Outside property) having 650 mm depth with M-30 grade concrete, steel reinforcement Fe-500D and bed concrete, PCC M-15 (1:2:4) (Cement:2fine aggregate:4Coarse aggregate) for bed of 100 mm thick, 400 G polyethene sheet below PCC and benching as per drawing with precast (EHD 35) frame and cover. The work includes coping in M20 for fixing frame and cover, excavation, refilling of excavated material with compaction, fixing of uPVC pipe as required. Work should be completed in all respect as per specification, drawing and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Shifting of old connection or making new connection of house hold from his premises to sewer connecting chamber including supply of PVC/HDPE ISI marked pipe 6 kg pressure pipe 110 mm OD its excavation,laying making connections,dismantelling of all as required for connection and restoration the same after connection.

Deduction in the depth of the manhole to regulate payments for variation of actual depth of manholes in following sizes.
