1. Survey for condition of bldgs: To carry out a detailed visual inspection for surface damages, cracks, seepage, local weakness and to identity locations of structural and functional distress and locations supected to develop structural and functional distress of the buildings. 2. Non-destructinve Tests(NDT) : Non destructive evaluation of the structural elements by various tests as required location and structural assessment based on these parameters. 3. Rebound Hammer Test : To check the compressive strenght of concrete as per IS-13311-1992 Part II. 4. Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV): To carry out Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity test as per IS-516, measurements on the RCC elements to find out the quality of concrete. 5. Ferroscanning : To locate the RCC elements and to check steel bars and its dtails like spacing cover and approx diameter whereever required. 6. Carbonation : To carry out carnonation and check the penetration depth of carbonation in concrete. 7. Core Cutting & compressive strenght test : Take out the sample of cylindrical concrete and carry out compressive strength test at a minimum of one location per dwelling unit. 8. Corrosion monitoring : To measure the risk and rate of corrosiooin of steel in concrete by half cell potential of reinforcement to assess the risk of corrosion. 9. Concrete cover measurement : Measurement of thickness of concrete cover to reinforcement bars by cover meter test. 10. Chemical analysis : To draw samples of concrete and carry out chemical analysis of the sample including measurement of chloride content. 11. Themographic imaging : For inspection of moisture/dampness in the structures for pin pointing the moisture trail. 12. Structural Evaluation and Retrofitting Scheme : This would include assessment of adequacy of existing structural components and providing retrofitting scheme to strengthen the inadequate structural compoments including repair methodology, preparatin of bill of quantitites (BOO), specification for the work, methodology, preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), specification for the work. Reports/BOQ/Drawings must be submitted in QUADRUPLICATE duly vetted by IIT.NIT Note :- Term & condition also attached.
