FABRICATION OF PIPE LINE

Fabrication of MS PIPE 750 mm dia (3.5m of each segment length-total length of fabrication 300 mtr) by MS plate of thickness 10 mm by bending, cutting, drilling and welding using ERW (Electric Resistance Welded)/SAW (Submerged Arc Welded) MS plates (Fe-450 grade) conforming to IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments and also including work of Flanging, cleating by 25 mm thickness plate for the pipe line by cutting, drilling and welding using ERW/SAW also providing rubber packing of best quality and providing MS nut bolt with washer for pipe line including perfect linking and welding of joints to correct position also two coat of painting of synthetic enamel paint on new surface superior quality and one coat red oxide primer paint including cost and conveyance of all consumable materials with all lead and lift, cost of all labour and necessary T&P and giving satisfactory hydraulic test as per IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments for test pressure and working pressure both at contractor’s workshop and site as per detailed specifications. (MS Plates of thickness 10 mm & 25 mm shall be provided to Bidder by LID AYODHYA on FOC) at Saryu Pump Canal Stage-III under Modernisaiton Project of Electrical & Mechanical work of Saryu Pump Canal Nanpara Bahraich.
