Fixing of Ceramic wall Tiles of premium grade having thickness 7mm to 8mm confirming to IS 13755 of size 30cm x 30cm special plain / printed series in floors over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing & polishing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P complete in all respect. .

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railling using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe beacing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. requered for the complete in all respect.

Painting two coats with any approved paint including the cost of enamel paint
