Manufacturing, Supplying and Laying of Precast Interlocking Concrete Blocks (PILCB) of size 200mm x 100mm x 120mm with tongue and groove interlocking arrangement conforming to IS: 15658-2006, M-50 grade for roads / vehicular road, filling of ICLB, Joints with fine sand including cost of sand all as specified and directed, completed in all respect. All as per particular specifications and direction of Engr-in Charge.

Polythene sheet 125 micron thick for debonding WMM and precast prestressed slab concrete blocks. All as per particular specifications and direction of Engr-in Charge.

Design, Manufacturing, Providing and laying of steam cured Precast RCC Prestressed Concrete Pavement Panels of M-50 Grade (size 3.5m x 2.5m x 0.150m) including Providing & laying in position prestressing steel strands (low relaxation) on long-line prestressing casting bed by using mechanical pulling arrangements including all accessories for stressing as per approved make conforming to IS 1343 & grade FY -1860 etc. and Erection & installation of Precast/ Prestressed Concrete elements in correct & final position with proper line level and plumb at site making all arrangements (i.e. Cranes, push-pullbacks & all another T & P for lifting placing & Alignment of elements, within erection tolerance as per IS 15916 with the cost of transportation, loading, unloading and stacking at site .All as specified and direction of Engr-in-Charge. Design & Drawings should be vetted by NIT/IIT

Providing & laying of 120 GSM non-woven geotextile over WMM and around stone aggregate as in drain.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per Table 400-13 and satisfying the physical reqmt as per Table No 400-12 of MORT&H specifications for WMM specifications to a thickness of 150 mm, including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well-prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding.

Providing sand blanketing to a depth of 30 mm spraying water, compacting with power roller all complete all as particular specification and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying of embedment with PCC of M-20 grade for edge protection in foundation, filling and mass concrete including form work complete all as specified and as directed including form work, completed in all respect. All as per particular specifications and direction of Engr-in Charge.

Providing and Laying of Precast machine pressed Edge Blocks of size 300mm x 200mm x 180mm conforming to IS: 15658-2006, M-30 grade for edge protection to PILCB, Joints filled with CM 1:6 on both sides of roads as per drawings enclosed as specified and directed roads / vehicular road, filling of PILCB, joints with fine sand including cost of sand all as specified and directed including form work, completed in all respect. All as per particular specifications and direction of Engr-in Charge.

Supplying and Applying of Water Based Pre-polymer urethane having a very low viscosity capable of stabilizing and sealing the infill sand joints between ILCB with an elongation at break of file at no less than 400 % ASRMD 2370 the material should withstand capability of minimum of 1 core cumulative standard axles. Without Joint distress or deformation to the stabilized sand. All as per particular specifications and direction of Engr-in Charge.
