Excavation in Foundation and trenches in eart work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such a pick work jumper work, blasting work, chisellin of soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited i all leads and lifts and including trimming of side levelling of bed to correct grade stacking th excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when require into plinth sides of foundation includin consolidating each deposited layer by rammin and watering and then disposing oof all surplu excavated soil as directed in all leads and lif and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the costof certaining and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-

Centering and shuttering includung strutting, propping etc. and removal of form fo all heights.:walls (any thickness) including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses etc in all leads and lifts.

Foundation footings based of columns and like and mass concrete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts

Fixing of Precast SFRC Manhole Cover with Frame conforming to IS-12592 (Part- I)-1998 with latest ammendments 560 mm dia in all leads and lifts. (Extra Medium duty).

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes conforming to BIS 8329-2000 (latest with up to the date amendments) in a length of 5.50 meters class K7 with cement mortoe lining in side duty ISI marked including cost of tyton (push or joints) fittings including testing of joints and rubber gasket (S & R quality) conforming to IS-92820-1989(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for saperetely) 150 mm dia in all leads and lifts.

(Preparation of Foundation for Emabankment) Scarifying existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means and dosposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.00 meters and lead upto 1000 meters complete in all respect.

Providing and laying DI Y connection class K7 jointed with S.B.R. Tyton Push on joint of 150 mm dia.in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying DI Plug class K7 jointed with S.B.R. Tyton Push on joint of 150 mm dia.in all leads and lifts.
