Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand (Zone III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) :

With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

In cement mortar

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Repairs to RCC Structural elements of framed or load bearing structure such as beams, columns, slabs, fins,facias,etc.including scaffolding up to fifth floor terrace level with following operations :-

a) Removing all spalling concrete/cement mortar from the body frame by tapping the debonded concrete surface beyond 2 to 3 mm from the rusted reinforcing bar completely and cleaning all the reinforement bars.

b)Washing the cleaned reinforcing bar with clean water and applying one coat of anticorrosive Nitozinc primer on dried bar using paint brush.Care shall be taken to see that the applied primer makes an unbroken continuous film.

c) After cleaning the bar,applying one coat of bonding agent Nito AR on the exposed bar and concrete surface.

d)Covering the exposed bar as well as the affected concrete with high protection high strength Rendroc.

e)Covering the surface with modified polymer mortar to the required thickness (applied in layers not more than 25mm thick ) including finishing ect. completed and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Pressure grouting with non shrinking pressure grouting admixture Fosroc Cebex 100 @ 250 grams/ bag of cement at all the water dripping areas, construction joints, and other highly pores areas minimum 30 cm interval as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.

Water proofing with elastomeric water proofing coating based on synthetic resin emulsion of make Dr. Fixit roof seal on well cleaned open terrace as per manufactures specification and allow drying completely etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.

Providing and fixing poly carbonate sheet of 3mm crystal type including structural steel work riveted,bolted or welded in built up section,as per the drawing including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete.

Cleaning of terrace ,shades etc at all heights including disposal of the debris up to a distance of 50 M from the site as drected by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing baniyan tree, small plants etc. including rooting out by dismantling brick work /CC/ RCC wall and removing the algae, fungus, vegetable growth from the dismantled portion including cleaning by providing and applying suitable chemical agents to resist the growth of vegetations and filling the holes with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand:4 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) including finishing the dismantled portion neatly with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 Fine sand ) all works up to floor V level etc. and as directed by the engineer in charge

Checking and attending minor repair work of plumbing and minor repair taps around W/C, washbasin, sink etc including the cost of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing leakage/ blockage to drainage manholes/gully trap/floor trap including the cost of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Checking and attending minor repair work of wood/PVC and easening of door/window/cupboard shutter including taking out the shutter, refixing after necessary repairs including the cost of screws,beadings etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing the service of skilled/unskilled labour for various jobs in connection with the urgent repairs & rectification works which are not measurable under any of the scheduled item.

Disposal including loading,conveyance and unloading of building rubbish,malba,vegetation removed,debris and all waste materials dumped around the building in connection with the maintenance work by manual/mechanical means for all leads including all lifts involved. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
