Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc excluing light fittings etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, ceiling, floor etc to match with the existing surface.

M&L for wiring with and including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number drawn in and including medium grade PVC casing and capping double lock type 32mm in size, fire resistant, ISI marked including with its fittings and fixtures such as tees, bends, elbows, junction boxes, etc. including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number as continuity earth wire and including pressed steel sunken concealed terminal box with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets and fan regulators etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One multi purpose socket 5 Amps, Independent board.

(c) One multi purpose socket 5 Amps, on the same board.

Supply & Fix in repair LED type Bldg security light fittings, IP-66, 25W, Pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass & individual LEDs with secondary optics including taking out old unsv fitting of any type complete all specified and directed.

M & L in replacement sub-main wiring with 2 single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100Volts grade, copper multi stranded conductor drawn in PVC casing and capping ISI marked including with its fittings and fixtures such as tees, bends, elbows, junction boxes, etc. including multistranded copper conductor 4.0 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number as continuity earth wire drawn through and connected to main switch/ DB and testing on completion. Note: (i). 2 run of main conductor and one run of earth conductor shall be measured as one length.

M&L for earthing and testing complete, in repair, with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below normal ground level with top edge plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to and including earth lead GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc., made of GI and connected to panel/distribution board and earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 including necessary earth work,excavation PCC chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) incl 20mm dia GI pipe of medium grade for watering and 15mm dia GI pipe of light grade for protection of earthing lead ,wire mesh, funnel, charcoal dust,common salt,copper lugs etc all as specified and directed .

Supply, installation, commissoning and testing, factory made, LT Metal Box, wall mounted board made out of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick indoor type totally enclosed weather, dust and vermin proof with front opening hinged door and locking arrangement mounted on MS flat iron (40x6 mm and 6" long) 04 No clamp welded to 40mm x 40mm x 5mm size angle iron frame alround panel body duly grouted on wall, 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire AC 50 HZ having aluminium bus bar insulated with PVC sleeves, space for fixing single phase KWH electric meter of suitable capacity 04 Nos, copper lugs, spacers, mounting channels, rubber gasket, locking knobs, hylam sheet pieces, PVC shrinkable sleeves, nuts and bolts, washers etc and suitable size single core copper wire connections, suitable compartments and epoxy powder spray paint with primer complete all as specified including the following accessories including taking down old unserviceable distribution board, taking down and refixing serviceable electric KWH meter in new panel (all as per sample) complete comprising the followings :- (a) Incoming supply:- (i) MCCB, 415 Volts, 4 Pole, 25 KA breaking capacity of 63 Amps - 01 No. (ii) R-Y-B phase, LED indicating lamp - 03 Nos (iii) 200 Amp TPN main aluminium bus bar (b) Outgoing supply:- (i) MCB, SPN, 40 Amp, 10 KA = 04 Nos (ii) Space for mounting single phase energy meter - 04 Nos (iii) Copper cable 6 Sqmm wire and open terminals for all feeders.

Opening (De-assembling) of the ceiling fan, 1200mm sweep for repair, removing existing burnt winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge, slot insulation, heat varnishing, greasing and re-assembling including replacement of split pin and flexible twisted copper cable of 23/0.0076 gauge and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall collect the Ceiling fan for repair from Store Yard of AGE E/M and fix the repaired fan on the location given by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Whereever required the Ball bearing, bush and capacitor shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule as "Supply only".

Supply only capacitor of 2.5 Mfd suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan.

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan of appropriate make.

S&F, in repair, PVC canopy set (Upper & Lower) suitable for ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, MS hanging clamp with rubber bush, bolts, nuts & washer with split pin suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep from existing position/hook, cleaning, servicing, greasing, oiling and re-fixing on same position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, PVC body, Fresh air fan, AC single phase 230 volt 50 Hz, 250 mm sweep compete with louvers including making electrical conection complete all as specified and dircted.

S&F, in repair, PVC body, Fresh air fan, AC single phase 230 volt 50 Hz, 300 mm sweep compete with louvers including making electrical conection complete all as specified and dircted.

Opening (De-assembling) of exhaust fan 450 mm sweep for repair, removing existing burnt winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of approprite gauge, slot insulation heat varnishing, greasing, re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall collect the exhaust fan for repair from Store Yard of AGE E/M and fix the repaired fan on the location given by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Whereever required the Ball bearing, bush and capacitor shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule as "Supply only".

Supply only capacitor of 4.0 Mfd suitable for exhaust fan.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for 450mm sweep exhaust fan complete.

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for 450mm sweep exhaust fan complete.

Taking down exhaust fan of size 450 mm sweep from existing position, cleaning, servicing, greasing, oiling and re-fixing on same position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting carefully water and electric connection from storage type water heater of 25 ltr cap of any make and dismantling for repair by taking out the syphon assembly of thermostat, heating element and cleaning, de-scaling the inner tank by de-scaling chemical compound including soldering, brazing the inner tank if required, re-assembling the geyser after cleaning & servicing and re-fixing in existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Heating element, thermostat, air release valve, safty valve, indicating lamp and syphone assembly shall be measured and paid under relevant items as "Supply Only". (ii) The rate quoted are deemed to include cost of soldering/brazing work if required at site.

Supply only, heating element of 1.5 KW with circular or triangular base suitable for existing entry of geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only, heating element of 2.0 KW with circular or triangular base suitable for existing entry of geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only, thermostat assembly for geyser, tempetrature setting up to 85 degree centigrade, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
