Sub Head - 1 (Establishment)

Repairs and maintenance of following electrical and mechanical installations, details as follows and according to terms and conditions mentioned as per I.E. rules with specified attendance of wiremen and helpers/khallsis. a) E.i., Lights/Fans/Plug Points/Power Points and Street/Compound lightning arrangements as per I.E. Rules as detailed inside at page. b) Water Supply arrangement c) Water Coolers d) Air Coolers e) Air conditioner f) Feeder pillars/LT panels maintenance.

Sub Head - 2 Materials Materials only, for installation, no labour charges is to be involve, as the same has to be get replaced by staff supplied

Supply of FRLS-H PVC Insulated copper conductor single core cable of following sizes

Supply of 18/20 Watt LED of retro fit T8 LED tube LED polycarbonate T8 tube with in build driver with metal heat sink , corrosion resistant, impact proof, surface mounting IP65 luminaire. (Min.100 lumens/W) (Inhouse- NABL certified)

Supply of industrial batten suitable for single T8 18 to 22 Watt LED retrofit tube.

Supply of 2 ft, 10 to 12 W wall/ceiling mounted, shockproof, wide voltage protection slim LED Batten, with polycarbonate body with integrated LED driver and accessories with 1 year warranty. (Min.100 lumens/W) (Inhouse- NABL certified)

Supply of 36 Watt LED recessed, 2 x 2 luminaire with CRCA housing ,glare free illumination, seamless front frame with flat white high transmission acrylic cover. (Inhouse- NABL certified)

Supply of 305 mm sweep medium duty / 250mm modular exhaust fan ,1400 RPM, with suitable size of clamps for fixing arrangements as required.

25 mm dia, ISI marked, PVC conduit.

20 mm dia, ISI marked, PVC conduit.

Supply of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 6.00, Air delivery minimum 210 Cum/Min , 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required.

Sub Head III - Repairs of Water Pump

Repairs and maintenance existing submersible / Monoblock / monosubmersible water pump.

Lifting & lowering the existing submersible water pump along with pipe line from bore well including G.I./PVC Pipe Line, Valves etc as required.

Lifting & lowering the existing Monoblock submersible water pump along with pipe line from open well / underground tank including G.I./PVC Pipe Line, Valves etc as required.

Rewinding of submersible / Monoblock / monosubmersible water pump including credit the damage wire.

Repairing by Replacement of required accessories i.e. bearing, impellers, bush, etc in submersible motor pump set.

Repairing by Replacement of required accessories i.e. bearing, bush, impeller etc. of Monoblock / Mono-submersible motor pump set.

Supply of corrosion resistance, IP 68 protection, horizontal type Monoblock submersible pump set suitable for working on 3 Phase, 50 Hz frequency, at rated voltage AC power supply designed to withstand wide voltage fluctuations from 350 to 440 Volts including accessories with the details given below: Type : 3.7 kW/ 5 HP, Suction and delivery pipe dia : 50 mm and 40 mm respectively, Rated Voltage : 380 Volts, Approximate Characteristics of above Pump Model: Head in Meters: 20 22 24 26 28 30 32 34 Respective Discharge in Litres per second: 4.3 4.1 3.8 3.5 3.2 2.7 2.2 1.0
