M&L for preparing old painted surface of transformer 11/0.433 KV outdoor/indoor/pole mounting of capacity 63 to 150 KVA by cleaning removing the old paint including scratching with wire brush etc. After disconnected HT/LT side connection from both primary and secondary side of transformer and apply one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of smoke grey colour to outer body of the transformer and writing of letter HT/LT and SM/MES Nos and making all HT/LT electric connectiones complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note:-1. The compressor, spray machine and other required necessary equipment/T&P shall be arrange by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for this effect.

All as per item No. 3 here in before but capacity of transformer 160 KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 3 here in before but capacity of transformer 250 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and filling up silicagel in breather of different capacity of transformer complete all as specified.

M&L for Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil of any type of transformer 11 KV/433 V, 33KV/11 KV, 33KV/433V with dehydration machine to achive required di-electric strengh of the oil up to 52 to 60 KV at a gap 2.5 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Dehydration machine and other required necessary equipment shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor on this effect.

Supply and filling New transformer oil in sealed container for topping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to relevant IS-335 complete all as specified and directed.

Labour & transportation for shifting of 11/0.433 KV transformer from one location to another location with in cantt area and making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Safe transportation of transformer for shifting is responsibility of contractor.

M & L for Rewinding (Double paper covering) of HT coils of any size and type of transformer including cleaning the burnt out insulating materials, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enamelled copper winding wire including filling insulation paper etc all as specified in particular specifications. Note :- (i) Burnt coils shall be handed over to the contractor by the Engineer-in-Charge through issue voucher for rewinding giving reference of transformer i.e. make Capacity, MES/SM number of transformer etc. (ii) Weight, number of turns, gauge, insulation of winding wire shall be as per OEM. ((iii) Work of rewinding work shall be carried out throught OEM or their authorised vendor only. (iv) Old winding copper wire shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.

Maintenance, servicing and complete overhauling of 11 KV VCB indoor type floor mounted of existing make/ type/mode/capacity including diassembling of operating mechanism parts well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable spare parts reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board,main busbar,decarbonizing all joints busbar CTS,PTS, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode and calibration & checking of tripping system of 11 KV circuit breaker through IDMT over current and earth fault relay at plug setting infented inservice by primary current injection method to ensure proper function of trip coil control circuit etc. during fault condition setting by expert from authorised agency of state electricity board or authorised engineer and agency of authorised company of VCB,s including submission of calibration certificate complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Spare parts required to make VCB functional will be measure and paid separately under respective items.

Clearing away all grass vegetation ,saplings, shrubs, brush wood undergrowth roots and trees not exceeding 30 CM girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance soft/loose soil and getting out including sprinkling anti vegitation chemical for complete area with spray machine complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge of 40mm to 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick for 33/11 KV switchyard complete all as specified

Taking down XLPE cable 11KV of size 120 Sqmm 3 core for reuse serviceable XLPE cable 11 KV after meggaring from existing position or another position from underground trenches/under road/under path or from poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, and Relaying serviceable XLPE 11 KV cable shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

All as per ser item No. 68 here-in-before but for HT cable size of 95 Sqmm 3 core. 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Re laying only in situ or in other new place of serviceable XLPE 11 KV cable of sizes as retrieved from Serial item No 97 & 98 above after meggaring complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note: Excavation , earth work, sand cushionning, bricks /cable cover etc shall be measured seperately under respective item of Sch.)

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil by not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth below ground level for trenches of cable and foundation of poles and getting out complete all as specified .

Excavation in trenches for each additional 1.5m or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.5 m in depth and 1.5 mtr wide and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified .

Supply and laying of un reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover class HVP type - 1 flat with size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e width of cover along the length of cable) for cable protection.

All as per ser item No 75 here-in-before but using old cable cover obtained by taking out under respective items above.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed and sand cover to under ground cable complete all as specified .Note:Punned thickness of sand willbe measured only.

Supply and fixing / laying of galvanized iron pipe of 80 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

M& L for cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for removal of HT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after relaying the same or new cable and all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying of HT underground cable XLPE insulated, screened with extruded semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec) cores laid up, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, overall PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade 120 sq mm 3 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-II) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench/along pole etc including making connection.Make- Gloster, Polycab, Havells Note : 1. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Repair to earth pit & earth pit cover of 33/11 KV Switchyard by using PCC 1:2:4 and plastering in CM 1:3 complete including excavation, returning filling and removal etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto as per srl item no 112 above but with GI earth lead wire of 4mm dia as earth conductor and protection pipe of 15 mm dia for earthing of poles and lightening arrester incl connection with the equipment.

Supply and fixing/laying of galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earth continuity conductor provided in between earth test point terminal and upto the equipment incl nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figuers and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3 mm, nuts-bolts, of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm and all as directed.

Supply and fixing of Cable route markers made of galvanised iron with embossing of HT Cable or LT Cable, supporting MS angle of 75 cm long, for HT cable route marking duly embedded in and incl PCC (1:3:6) foundation up to 30 cm incl excavation and earth work.
