Using SS screw s, fixing in FCC 1:2:4 blocks, finishing the joints to match the surroundings and finishing the frames by buffing and polishing w ith w ax as directed. The CSM mat shall be bonded w ith isophthalic resin in the ratio of not less than 1:2 (one part of mat: 2part of isophthalic resin and fillers and additives) by weight. The edges shall be sealed w ith gelcoat and FRP mat to obtain smooth finish. FRP laminate shall be minimum 3mm and thickness of FRP laminate used for panel in shall be minimum 3mm to 5mm.
