Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

Conditional tenders liable for rejection.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

If any of the dates mentioned above happen to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good

Any change / extensions, etc in the tender schedule (calendar of events) will not be published / advertised through news papers changes will be updated on/in e-procurement portal only

Typographical errors, if any, will not be the ground for any claims by the Bidder/ Firm/ Company.

The Amount put to tender is exclusive of GST, Hence the Contractor should quote the rates excluding GST. The increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor is responsible.

The Conditions of the contract, Bid Document, Designs and Specifications are published specifically for each works separately in KPP Portal.

As per as Royalty charges is concerned, contractor should submit MDPs for each material issued from Mines and geology Department, GOK. Otherwise Penalty charges will be recovered as per Nigam circular No. 8708 dated: 26.12.2023

The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The time stipulated for completion of work is 2 Months (Excluding Irrigation period)

The defect liability period for the work is 12 (Twelve) calendar months.

Constitution or legal status of Tenderer The intending bidder should furnish the copy of valid Registration Certificate issued from KPWD Class - IV & above

Bidder should upload valid GST Registration Certificate

Bidder should upload Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 - Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2: Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), will only be considered for evaluation.

The tenderer shall furnish required information in all formats. Scan and upload all Formats/Original documents required for this bid to the e-procurement portal. The Original Formats/Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of l Bid for physical verification.

Financial turnover preivious years, and existing commitments / on going works shall be given a weightage of 10 % per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26.

As per radomisation process in KPP Portal, this work is reserved for Cat-II(A) Contractors only

The works prescribed for the Cat-II(A) Contractors, the only Cat-II(A) contractors can apply and the contractor belongs to Cat-II(A) shall be domicile of the state of Karnataka more than 10 years and should enclose the Domicile certificate

The contractors belonging to Cat-II(A) Should enclose Cast certificate from concerned Tahasildar

For Cat-II(A) Contractors is a firm then all the parteners or members of the firm Shall belongs to the Cat-II(A) as a case may be
