REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL BOARDS LT FEEDER PILLARS ACBs MCCB LIGHTNIING PROTECTION EARTHING AND CONNECTED WORKS AT SMA RAMESHWARAM DAD NPOL UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 3.00 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil all as specified and as directed.

M & L Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using clean dry river sand for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Returning and filling in of soil including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Taking out Old UG cables of any sizes from trenches/walls including all mounting accessories and GI tubing and keeping aside in safe custody for relaying after repairs including making good to disturbed areas.

Relaying of UG cable, nominal crosss section area of 10 to 50 sqmm 2/4 core after testing, carrying out of joining works including removal of Unsv portions complete all as specified. and as directed. Note:- Necessary Joints will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ

Relaying of UG cable nominal cross section area of 70 to 150 sqmm 3.5 core after testing, carrying out of joining works incl removal of UNSV portions complete all as specified. and as directed. Note:- Necessary Joints will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ

M&L for LT Cable joining kit straight through cold shrinkable type complete with joining materials suitable for LT armoured cable of size upto 10/16 Sqmm 2 core all as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made, Indoor LT panel board cubicle type, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amps for phases and 200 Amps for neutral fixed on porcelain/epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and varmin proof and fabricated out of 2.0 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated after seven tank process and mounted on MS angle iron frame work.The panel shall have adequate space n.less than 1.50 x 1.00 x 0.20 m for mounting acessories such as LT switchgear and measuring instruments etc including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade IS 694 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate size as per standard is practices and comprising of followings acessorties :-

The panel shall be dust and varmin proof and fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated after seven tank process and mounted on MS angle iron frame work.The panel shall have adequate size n.less than 1.3 x 1.1 x 0.6 m for mounting acessories such as LT switchgear and measuring instruments etc including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade IS 694 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate size as per standard is practices and comprising of followings acessorties :-

M& L for overhauling of LT Feeder pillars outdoor/indoor of sizes upto 100 x 100 x 40 cms installed at various locations of SMA/DAD/NPOL, by disconnecting from mains taking out burnt cable ends and reconnecting using necessary lugs, cable glands, gland plate, gaskets etc and application of necessary mechanical and electrical lubrication when and where as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing in repairs Aluminium Bus bar of desired sizes, bend to shape as reqd at site including all necessary drilling works,repairing of burnt cable ends using new lugs , all as directed

M&L for fabrication of sheet metal components of panel boards using 2.00 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheets when and where as required as in doors, partitions etc including fixing to exisitng panels using all necessary hinges, panel locks, weather proof gaskets etc as reqd at site complete incl taking down of old one, all as directed .

M& L for painting to old steel surface of LT Panel boards, outdoor/indoor of sizes upto 200 x 150 x 50 cms installed at various locations of SMA/DAD/NPOL, by scrapping out of rusted uneven surfaces and applying by spray painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, all as specified and as directed .

M& L for painting to old steel surface of LT Panel boards outdoor/indoor of sizes upto 100 x 100 x 40 cms installed at various locations of SMA/DAD/NPOL, by scrapping out of rusted uneven surfaces and applying by spray painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer , all as specified and as directed .

M&L preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint of approved make and colour complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade for encasing cables for mechanical proctection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/floor or along poles or as street light poles with complete accessories such as bends/sockets/reducers/saddles including taking down of old GI tubing all as specified and directed
