Providing, laying, jointing and testing of MS pipe, thickness 4.8 mm, MSERW flanged / Butt welded joints by considering three layers pipes including cost of bends complete as per GMSERW Pipe conforming to IS / ISO: 3183-2007 of following grade & wall thicknesses as per dimensions, weights and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4 to 7 meters. The M.S.flanges are to be provided on each joint as per required table conforming to IS: 6392-1971 and welding of flanges with electrodes as per relevants codes including required number & size of nuts and bolts & gasket sheet not less than 3mm thickness as per relevants codes. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SETS- Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of submersible pumping set of KSB/ Crompton/ Kirloskar/ BS/ Calama make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible squirrel cage motor shaft conforming to BIS 9283-1979 with up to date amendments, totally dust and weather proof with detach able pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear, It should be fitted with device to take up expansion of water on heating of motor & suitable for operation on 415V ± 10%, 3 Phase 50 Hz AC supply. CENTRIFUGAL PUMP SETS- Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning ) of horizontal spindle, horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/Kirloskar as per BIS 1520-1980 with up to date amendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze, impellers/ priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade 45C8/ EN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS Base Plate to squirrel cage TEFC Energy efficient motors (Conforming to energy efficiency code IE3 or higher ) of standard make such as Kirloskar / BHEL / CG POWER / Siemens / ABB / Marathon and suitable for operation on 415V ± 10%, 50 Hz., 3 phase AC electric supply. The pump motor shall be VFD duty and its power should be at least +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty point head. The motor/motors as per IS 12615 : 2011 with up to date amendments. The scope shall also include necessary piping for suction, delivery & common header and eletro-magnetic flowmeter, along with electrical works including indoor & outdoor HT/LT switchboards/ PCC, Soft Starter Cubicle(VFD) with suitable bypass arrangement, HT/LT Cabling system complete with end terminations, cable trays & accessories, Earthing system with maintenance free earth electrodes, 415/ 230V small power distribution boards, local push button stations, Junction Boxes, Power/ Welding receptacles and its associated wiring/ cabling etc. as per requirement of following pumping machinery; Complete work inclusive of all taxes, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores / site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure and complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge.
