Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

M&L for point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm multistrandedc copper conductor 1100 volts grade FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable with proper colour coding drawn in PVC casing caping with FR PVC 2.5 Sqmm multistranded unsheatheed copper wire for continious earth, sunk in cast iron/MS terminal box 2.8 mm thick duly painted with aluminium inside and antocorrosive paint out side including connecting earth for 3 pin socked outlet, 15 Amps , independent board inclusing making good to the disturbed surface all as spd and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note: (a) Wiring shall be done by using colour coding. (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) After completion of all wiring diagram of internal circuit with inventory shall be produced by cotractor duly sign by user to Engr -in-charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter and stabilizer of suitable capacity for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 to 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 ton.

S & F Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 amp flush type complete.

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amp.

Supply, installation, commis-sioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity of 60/120 Ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Wall Fan 400 mm sweep, AC single Phase. 230V 50Hz complete including all accessories as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) with PVC insulated, 1100 volts FRLS grade, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductors 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) for phase, neutral and continuous earth wire drawn through and including PVC Casing -N- capping (medium duty) double lock type of 20mm size with fittings & accessories, pressed steel sunken terminal box(Consealed in wall) made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and covered with 3mm thick bakelite sheet for fixing switches, socket etc and earth continuity conductor shall be connected to common earth and earth dolly for 5 Amp socket point controlled by one 1 way switch complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i)Cost of cutting of wall, if any, for housing of pressed steel sunken terminal box and also making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be included in the unit rate.(ii) Wire should be used in proper colour code red/yellow/blue for phase, black for neutral & green for earth

Material and labour for sub-main wiring (surface type) with two run of PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductors of size 2.5 Sq mm and one run of 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS grade as continuity earth wire, drawn through and including PVC casing caping all as specified and as directed. (Note:Three run of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor+One run run Cassing-N-capping shall measured as one unit i.e RM)

Material and labour for switch socket combination 5 Pin, 6 Amps flush type complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing MCB DB (Double door) SPN, 4 way , 200 A rated IP-43,IK-09, sheet steel with bus bar, din rail, neutral link and earth bar including taking down old DB with fitting & fixtures all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'B' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete inculding taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole & neutral 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete inculding taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified as directed

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe (Light grade) and 20mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earthwork as in soft/loose soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100mm C/C both way and two Nos lifting handle made of 12mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, char coal or coke and salt in alternate layer, testing, etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
