M&L for joint free Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles of any deisgn and pattern 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floor etc, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles. Tiles shall be comfirming to IS-15622.2006. Group B II Grade-IV Complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Shade of the tiles including Colour, Design and pattern shall be apporved by GE.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles of any design and pettern, 450x300X7 to 8mm as in dedo vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles. Tiles shall be comfirming to IS-15622.2017, Group B III complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Shade of the tiles including Colour, Design and pattern shall be apporved by GE.

The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The colour/shade will be all as approved by GE. (iii) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (iv) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of distemper for each building.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture's instruction before application of distemper. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of distemper for each building. (iii) The colour/shade will be all as approved by GE.

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer's instructions with following course of description below :- (i) Applying a priming one coat of bituminious primer evenly @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.60 Kg/Sqm and minmum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) centre core laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm and end overlap of 100mm. All overlap joints shall br sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (iii) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium pain @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP Membrance. (Note: the work in respect of water proofing treatment shall be carried out only by authorized/approved applicator of the manufacturer/firms of app membrane. The contractor shall submitted 10 year company back warranty before claiming payments complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey.
