Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on walls as well as on sunken floor in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. (Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule).

M&L for applying evenly a bitumen tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kgs/Sqm incl fibre felt & cleaning surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layers on roof complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition mud phuska in roofs any thickness incl platering and leeping(whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a bitumen tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kgs/Sqm incl cleaning surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/Sqm) land on primed surfaces by forced application APP based polymeric membrance complete all as specified & directed.
