Outsourcing for operation of control valves of semi- Under ground sumps at TS (V) and distributing water to Sector ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ & D of Dolphin park & 35 MD Accomdation, Dolphin cove area, Volna Tower area, TS Area including opening and controlling of Building sluice valves / Gate valves from TS UG Sumps to Bldgs for smooth and trouble free water distribution in two shifts a day of each 8 hours complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing for attending water supply distribution complaints from semi- Under ground sumps at TS (V) to ‘J’, ‘K’, ‘L’ at nausenabaugh, Sector 'A', 'B', 'C', D-1, D-2, D-3 , 'E' Sector North pocket & South pocket of Dolphin park, 'M' sector, Dolphin Cove area, Volna tower area, TS area & ASR area including attending complaints of Service tanks, 20 to 50mm dia float valves etc., of buildings complete for smooth and trouble free water distribution in one shifts a day of 8 hours each complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manpower :- One Skilled (Pipe fitter) and One Un-Skilled (Total 02 Persons) per Shift Shift timings:- I st shift - 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs

NOTE (a) The M/L for replacement of pipe line, gate valves, earth work were not included in the scope and the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ. (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of minor GI specials, M-seal compound, Teflon tape etc., for arresting leakages temporarily for ensuring smooth water supply distribution system.

Note for SL item No. 1 to 4:- a) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for cleaning of underground / Semi underground fresh water sump of 3.00 Lakhs gallons capacity at Dolphin hills by pumping out the accumulated water up to the bottom surface and removing the complete silt sediment sludge from the sumps and depositiing and levelling as directed and cleaning with the bleaching powder after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump completely using wire brush without disturbing the water supply to the area including applying one coat of white wash to entire sump externally as well as internally and writing details like Cleaning date / due date/ sump capacity with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

All as per SL item No.5 above but sump of capacity 0.30 Lakhs gallons capacity (at Middle pump house)

All as per SL item No.5 above but sump of capacity 0.10 Lakhs gallons capacity (at yarada Vilage)

M&L for cleaning of shallow well of size 10.5 metre dia, 15 metre deep (Approx) (at Yarada Village) by pumping out the accumulated water up to the bottom surface and removing the complete silt sediment sludge and depositiing and levelling as directed and cleaning with the bleaching powder after scrapping the walls upto bottom completely using wire brush without disturbing the water supply to the area including applying one coat of white wash to entire well internally and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for angle iron grid and writing details like Cleaning date / due date/ capacity with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

M & L for carrying out physical, chemical & bacteriological analysis all as per IS 10500:2012 for drinking water sample of the fresh water pump house at various locations from Govt authorised laboratory all as per CPCB Norms complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of collecting of water samples in sealed PVC container

M/L for chlorination treatment of water with high strength Calcium based granular disinfectant more stable than chlorine gas for maintining residual chlorine between 1 to 2 PPM at supply end all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. Make: M/s Sree Rayalaseema or equivalent approved make by GE.

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, compelte all as speicified

M&L for painting of pumpsets of capacity 15 to 35 HP with a coat of approved synthetic enamel paint including inlet & out let pipe lines complete including preparation of old painted surface and writting MES number all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per SL item No.13 above but of capacity 3 to 10 HP

Material and labour for taking down defective 150 / 200 mm dia foot valves/ Non-return valves from UG Sump, scraping the corroded footvalves / Non-return valves and painting with one coat of red oxide along with black enamel paint, repalcing rubber gaskets, bottom rubber with spring complete with replacement of necessary bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No.15 above but of 80/100 mm dia

Supply and replace 100 mm bore CI foot valve flanged type with necessary rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and washers complete all specified and directed.

Note for item No 33 & 34 : (a) M/L for lead joints/spares/CI/DI specials will be measured and paid separately.

(b)Supply only CI/DI/MS pipe, specials etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items.

(c) The rate is deemed to include cost for tool and plant and transportation required for attending the repair work.

(d) Disconnecting/dismantling/cutting the existing pipe line is included in the qouted rate

(e) The earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items.

(f) The breakdown shall be attended within 2 hrs of intimation round the clock and time of restoration shall be maximum of 8 hours. The additional manpower required to complete the job in quoted rate is deemed to be included in the quoted.
