B/R PORTION

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), including removing rubbish off the premises and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 square metre but not exceeding 0.11 square metre, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick granite tiles (of any size) machine cut, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement plaster 1:4 including grinding/ rubbing/ polishing complete all as specified and as directed

Rounding of / moulding to edges (half round) of stone of any description including grinding/ rubbing/ polishing, complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 16 mm outer dia conforming to IS-15778 with all CPVC fittings with such as brass elbow, Tee, bends, unions, sockets, male/ female threaded adoptors, end pieces, etc to receive fittings, fixed with solvents fixed to walls / ceiling with all clamps in Shafts/ Ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs CP bib tap 15mm bore fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs stop valve / angle cock fancy type cast copper alloy chromium plated with capstan head serewed down for 15 mm dia iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix in repairs stop valve / angle cock fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), serewed down for 15 mm dia iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs brass chromium plated shower roses 125mm size with or without swivel joint including fixing to steel pipe or union etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs PVC connections, 15mm size x 450mm long with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous China Squatting pan, "Orissa" pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc., including trap set in and including lime concrete complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs 10 litres capacity syphonic action type low level PVC flushing cistern including flush pipe, cantilever brackets complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fix in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 580mm X 450mm including CI brackets, 32mm dia brass chromium plated waste fittings with long screwed shanks and fly nuts flanged end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed with & including cutting for & pinning in end of brackets and provision of 15mm bore pillar tap, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down high pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply &Fix in repairs stainless steel sink with draining board, made out of 1 mm thick stainless sheet of grade AISI 304 for kitchen or laboratory, with plug, waste pipe, washers and wastes including bedding in cement morter to dwarf wall or including fixing CI cantilever bracket, connecting union to pipe etc., overall size 915 x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply &Fix in repairs stainless steel sink, made out of 1 mm thick stainless sheet of grade AISI 304 for kitchen or laboratory, with plug, waste pipe, washers and wastes including bedding in cement morter to dwarf wall or including fixing CI cantilever bracket, connecting union to pipe etc., overall size 495 x 420 mm bowl, 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 50x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardan and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and as directed Note: (a) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (b) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately

Supply & Fix Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately specification & drawings given in Section 8 of MES Schedule Part-II as applicable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised steel windows with fly proof and glazed shutters, made with galvanised steel colour coated/ powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 'D', galvanised as per IS 277 with zinc of 120gm/sqm) with total coating thickness of 0.60mm (outside for glazing and inside gauged shutter) Sections for frame should be of 72mmx55mm, section for mullian should be 72mm x 50mm section for shutter frame should be 47mmx 20mm and section for fixing glass bead should be 12mm x 12mm and section for fly mesh shutter frame should be 40mm x 20mm mesh fixing should be of 18mm x 0.6mm. Supply & Fix PVC solid ventilator frame size 55 X 47mm with wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm PVC sheet, mitre cut at two comers and jointed with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm MS square tube the two vatted profiles are to be reinforced with 19 x 19mm MS square tube the 50% of bottom portion is fixed with 4mm pin headed glass and balance 50% of top portion is fixed with 4mm thick pin headed glass lowers and cover with 0.36mm dia stainless steel wire mesh at top portion including necessary PVC beading with screws and 3 Nos 12mm dia MS guard, bars fixed in ventilator frame including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS guard bars etc incl Cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortor for inserting hold fast and making good the disturbed portion in cement mortor 1:3 depth of embeded portion exc half brick & N.exc one brick etc completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix for Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples etc all as specified and directed.

Material &Labour for new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) including priming with red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in repairs MDF board, 18/19 mm thick exterior grade, pre-laminated both side decorative face lamination fixed with screws ,brackets to timber frame work with and including 1st class hard wood, 6 mm thick all around edging, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Continuous (piano) hinges,mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised 40mm width of flap fixed with screws as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/stone wall or from concrete ceiling of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material &Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 2 coats of premium quality exterior weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Complete removal of existing treatment of external surfaces of wall including removing fungus /algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush, cleaning, washing and removing dust. Cracks less than 2 mm, should be cleaned free of dust with a vacuum cleaner, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles required for execution of the work and protective works etc.

Material &Labour for applying 2 coats of weather proof paint over a coat of exterior wall primer including complete removal of existing treatment of external surfaces of wall including removing fungus /algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush, cleaning, washing and removing dust. Cracks less than 2 mm, should be cleaned free of dust with a vacuum cleaner, including necessary preparation of surfaces a etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (I) Unit time quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles required for execution of the work and protective works. (II) The rate of application of primer and two coats of weather proof paint shall be as per manufacturers instructions. (III) A time gap of eight hours shall be maintained between the application of primer and each coat . (IV) Application of primer and paint shall be done by an authorised applicator of the paint. (V) Necessary spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes and cleaning of the doors/windows and floors after carrying out painting shall be made by the contractor. (VI) The contractor shall deposit full quantity of weather proof paint to the user unit calculated based on coverage as per manufacturer's instructions before starting of paint work. The paint shall be issued to the contractor by user unit as per weekly requirement.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 50mm thick Sand bed filling under interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength ,thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratary method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern, compacting and proper embedding /laying of inter locking paver blocks over and including 50mm thick Sand bed filling including vibratary compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern ,finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kerbs, channels, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed chamfered necessary for work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as in roof padding concrete, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material &Labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions as in levelling course, haunching and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and necessary formwork etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old bituminous/ tarfelt or any other type of roof treatment from roof/ concrete surfaces removal to distance exceeding 250 metres and not exceeding 500 metres from the site and cleaning of the roof surface with wire brush to make it free from dust, dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 duly mixed with water proofing compound and top of plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rate under relevant item in this schedule.

M&L for providing water proofing treatement with APP based polymeric membrane as per IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017 with minimum 3mm thick and minimum weight of 3.6 kg/ sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150gms/ sqm) over an uniform coat of hot blown bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/ Sqm confirming to IS 702 over a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/ sqm and laying the membrane by forced application with minimum 100mm overlas on sides and edges including necessary preparation of the plastered surfaces by thoroughly removing all loose particles, dirt/ dust particles and applying and finally finished the membrane surface by applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr/ Sqm complete all as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cutting grooves to 'V' section in existing parapet walls/ RCC columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing treatement with APP based polymeric membrane as per IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017 with minimum 3mm thick and minimum weight of 3.6 kg/ sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150gms/ sqm) over an uniform coat of hot blown bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/ Sqm confirming to IS 702 over a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/ sqm and laying the membrane by forced application with minimum 100mm overlas on sides and edges including necessary preparation of the plastered surfaces by thoroughly removing all loose particles, dirt/ dust particles and applying complete all as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing 300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm thick PCC tiles (Hydraulically pressed) with grey cement, set, jointed, cut and polished. The joints shall be grouted and immediately after gouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in in CM 1:3 mixed with 150ml per kg of cement of polymeric based lilquid water proofing additive by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions etc all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of polymeric based liqluid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material &Labour for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 duly mixing with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions surface etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc 250 but not exc 500 litres including fittings and fixtures at any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of triple layer type (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 210 grams) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar with all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including disposal of the rubbish out off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 metre mean radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete(nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in RCC bands supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as directed.
