Taking down old serviceable glass including aluminium frame of any description, from stone, concrete or brick surrounds, any thickness or size; hacking out old putty or removing beads etc, including making good breakages in taking out complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work for special insulated triple layer glass and iron platform for wooden flooring such as angle, grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted / welded or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for special type insulated triple layer glass consisting of combination of 6 mm clear toughened and laminated gall made of 6 mm thick tinted toughened glass and 3mm thick coloured film and 13 mm thick air gap for insulation fixed with silicon sealant all around in shape of frame complete all as specifid and directed by Engr in charge. Note :- The tentative size and shape of glass as per site after fixing of glass frame and correct size & position of glass measured at site and fitment of glass as per ite requirement can be met out. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundations, fillings and mass concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush board of 600x600 mm size for flooring comprising of vergin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood poder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 of 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (face) & 900 N (edge), minimum compressive strength 50N/mm2, modulus of elasticty 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel screws all as per specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surface any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of Precast concrete articles /Precast concrete block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of block / concrete/ stone surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface over priming plastered with alkali resistance priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of cement base paint white or tinted on old painted wall surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as sepcified.

M&L for preparing old plastered surface and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of distempering with oil emulsion distemper, white or any tint including preparation of previously trreated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and fdirected

M&L for point wiring with three layer PVC Insulated 2.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade drawn into in stove enamelled steel conduit conduits including all fitting and fixing accessories( bend, tee, junction box etc) on surface/concealed conduit of size 20mm heavy duty ISI marked , fire proof steel terminal sunken boxes for One light/ fan Point controlled by one switch including 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 Volts connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per srl item No. 15.00 (here-in-before) but for one 3 pin socket out let 5 Amp on same board.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC conduit ISI marked 25mm dia(external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm with conduit accessories fixed on wall/roof or concealed type on wall and one run of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor including taking down old unsv submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit of 25mm dia shall be measured and paid as one unit length.
