Outsourcing of Services for Central AC Plant of capacity 3 X 146 TR by providing skilled operator/ technician for a period of 11 months round the clock in three shifts per day( each shift of 8 hrs) for operation, maintenance and running of Air conditioning plant of Military Hospital, Bareilly (including operation of valves control panel, starters,cooling towers, pump sets and all Air Handling units & all connected eqpt complete all as specified and directed. .

Note: - Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be involving the following: -

Operator should be holding ITI certificate and 02 years experienced in operating AC Plant,including Chiller pump, Cooling Tower,Condencer pumps, AHUs and other accessories of plant.

Operator should not be more than 55 years of age and should not be deriving pension from any Govt/semi Govt or public sector undertaking.Any disputes will be at discretion of GE and decision shall be binding on contractor.

Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning of surrounding area inside and outside of the Central AC plant and inside room of all Air Handling Units (AHU)

Contractor shall be responsible for safety, security and upkeep of installation as per MES standards for installation.

Necessary security passes shall be arranged by the supervisor/contractor in respect of all personel deployed as per prevaling station rule and regulation.

Log sheets of AC Plant shall be provided & maintained by the operator correctly and handing/taking between continuous operator shall be done correctly as per norms of MES.The cost of stationary of log sheets included in the quoted rates.

Uniform/Safety Dangry suit shal be provided by the contractor to the employed operators on duty and rates deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.

The contractor shall provide First aid box /kit and basic tools in the installations & rates are included in the above quoted rate.

Contractor shall provide operator at the rate of 3 shifts a day i.e. (i) 1st shift -0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 2nd shift- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (iii) 3rd shift -2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

Duty roster for one month will be prepared in advance and displayed at prominent places in installation which include names, shifts and residential address, contact Number etc. No operator shall be employed in continuous shift and duty roster including rest day for each operator as per Factories Act on every seventh day. Operator reserve for leave/sickness etc shall also be provided and displayed on duty roster / register.

Contractor shall stop minor leakages from glands, coupling joints of pump sets, any leakage in Cooling tower, AC plant permises etc.

Contractor shall ensure through operator for day to day upkeep and checking of AC plant as per manufacturers instructions and carry out petty maintenance of following nature by own arrangement as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- (a) Checking & Noting down of SP, DP & OP of working compressors on hourly basis. (b) Checking & noting down of Temp & RH of ambient and all conditioned spaces on hourly basis. (c) Checking & noting down amperes of all working pumps, CTs, AHUs etc. (d) Cleaning of all AHU Filters weekly. (e) Checking & noting down of Input & output temp of chilled water and condensor water of the chiller. (f) Checking & filling of water in make-up and expansion storage tanks. (g) Necessary tools and equipment for checking and testing of temperature/humidity shall be provided by the contractor and deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Any change shall be notified by Engr in Charge and adhered to by the operator.

Any unserviceability of eqpt shall be notified to Engr in Charge/JE/MCM.

Payment to employed persons strictly to be done directly to AADHAR linked bank account only. The contractor shall submit all documents as per prevailing labour laws as applicable.

FRP Induced cooling tower 175 TR-3 Nos

AHU (Air Handing Unit) Air handling unit 2000 CFM along with LT Panel - 7 Nos

Air handling unit 2500 CFM along with LT Panel - 4 Nos

Air handling unit 3000 CFM along with LT Panel - 1 Nos

Air handling unit 3200 CFM along with LT Panel - 3 Nos

Air handling unit 3500 CFM along with LT Panel - 1 Nos

Air handling unit 4000 CFM along with LT Panel - 1 Nos

Air handling unit 5000 CFM along with LT Panel - 1 Nos

Air handling unit 5500 CFM along with LT Panel - 1 Nos

Air handling unit 8000 CFM along with LT Panel - 1 Nos

Air handling unit 1600 CFM along with LT Panel - 1 Nos

Air handling unit 12000 CFM along with LT Panel - 1 Nos

Notes: In case the required operator/technician as mentioned in relevant items of Sch 'A' above is not engaged/found absent in any shift , necessary recovery to this effect based on double the quoted rate/shift will be recovered from the contractor dues.
