Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars all quoins etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar (like for interlocking tile , kota stone, cuddapa stone and marbles) complete all as directed.

Demolition of wall/ ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness incl. cover fillets and alum snap grid complete all as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land all as specified

Dismantling structural steel work from and including doors, gates or of any description but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified. Note :- dismantling of plain/corrugated sheets from doors and gate will be measured separately in particular item of sheet dismantling.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated/ semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:6, complete.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base for hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thk Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC type C2 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long

M & L for hot rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed ) trussed , purlins, crane gantries , rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing ( beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections etc) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete

M & L for hot rolled mild steel in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing etc. of Fe 410 (Gde-E-250) complete

M&L for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes , including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, wall ties; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood/iron trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to FE290 gde -e-165 all as specified

M & L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-410 Gde E-250

M & L for Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)Fe-410 gd E-250 quality B

M & L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet (1.0mm thick) 16gauge in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

S & F 0.5 mm thick pre painted/coloured galvalume Al zin coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an colour having tensile strenth of 550 Mpa as in roofing fixing all as per manufactures instructions fixed on roof with all fittings and accessories.

Ditto as per item- 13 above but plain sheet as in ridge, etc

S & F Machine pressed 1.00 mm thick plain, galvanise, mild steel sheeting in valley gutters (Trapezoidal shape), drips and straight clashings (length and girth fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275.

S & F for 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced transulant corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side laps fixed with coach screw and washer in roof , wall etc.

S & F for 1.25 mm thick Steel rolling shutters, mechanical gear operated with bevel gear box and crank handle,as specified including top covers, anchoring rod, hasp, staple,safety lockers and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5 cm in length , thickness of Metal to be welded exc. 6 mm but not exc. 9mm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for Marble work green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete.

M & L for joint ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Joint free Non - skid colored Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc. etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry 15mm thk cement screed base laid in mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified

M & L for Repairs/Renewing glazed tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for double charge dark shade vitrified tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc. 0.18Sqm but not exc. 0.36 Sqm as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for double charge dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles of size 7-8 mm thick as in vertical surface, pattern as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450mm x 300mm x 7 mm thick, dark coloured,on wall surfaces including designer pattern, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick P.C.C 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in sub base complete all as directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A

Taking down cement plaster of any description of brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 with wpc, complete all as specified

M & L for GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all E40 laps, cutting and waste all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of previously plastered or old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer in approved colour/ shade after preparation of surfaces complete.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over 30mm thick sand layer watering and ramming laid over 100mm thk Granular Subbase Shingle/gravel , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick jointed with grey pigment cements/pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors 15mm thk cement screed base laid in mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) all as specified and as directed.

S & F Anodised Alu. Snap grid 605x605 mm frame wk for false ceiling all as specified.

M&L 12mm th Acoustical board/tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed in celing with screws to frame work or with staples on snap grid comlplete as specified.

S & F hangers 6 mm dia G.I. ( up to 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 X 3 mm size 60 mm long complete all as specied and as directed.

S&F in repairs including disconnecting tanks ,1000 Ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylin-drical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

S&F in repairs including disconnecting tanks ,S&F 500 Ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

Taking down existing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down to remove dust etc.complete and applying/brushing the cleaned surface with neat cement slurry 3 Kg per Sqm complete.

Removing by cutting/up rooting plant/tree under surface of wall/celling including making good the damage portion with cement mortar 1:3 or concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces / slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement for filling depressions if any to receive water proofing treatment (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for water proofing treatment using polymerised membrane to roof slab. Water proofing treatment shall be as under :- (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in levelling course/ padding concrete on roof all as specified and directed.
