8277 REPAIRS TO KOTA STONE, VITRIFIED AND CERAMIC TILE FLOORING AND FOOT PATH AT NSTL UNDER AGE (I) RnD NSTL, VISAKHAPATNAM

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick, 300x300mm size, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic digitally printed tiles of size 300x450mm, 7mm thick in vertical surfaces of wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for vitrified tiles, double charged, first quality of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry, finished with flush pointing in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE (I)]

M&L for vitrified tiles, double charged, first quality for skirting cut from tiles of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick, to suit the size of floor tile, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE (I)]

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. over and including 10mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

M&L for hardcore with broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub-base for flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring/ path laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade-A all as specified.

Supply and laying 60mm thick Machine Pressed Precast Concrete M-35 Grade, Interlocking Paver Blocks, PVC mould reflective type conforming to IS - 15658 of any shape and size with Grey cement and pigment complete laid on and including 50mm compacted thick sand bed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates etc complete including necessary formwork all as specified.

Removing building materials etc. other than spoil to a distance exc. 500m but n.exc. 1.0 km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination
