OD78680/2022-2023:Designing of dual media filter including under drainage system and air scouring system so that uniform back washing and uniform air scouring is obtained through uniform distribution of back wash water and compressed air, without any loss of the dual layer filter media and to attain the maximum efficient back wash and air scouring. (The dual media filter bed has to be designed considering the various parameters like raw water characteristics, desired rate of filtration, required filtrate quality etc. The design shall include calculation of depth of different media, considering the parameters like effective size and uniformity coefficient of the media, settling velocities of the media etc. The underdrain system and air scouring system shall be designed to avoid shooting up of lighter anthracite when air scouring is done. The design shall avoid interface chocking caused by mixing up of different layers at the interface in dual media filter beds.) T suit site condition and changing position of manifold from bottom to top of filterbed and to suite existing filter outlet as direction and approval of departmental officers.

OD75379/2022-2023:Supply of Anthracite as per standard specification, properly graded and tested by the supplier specifying the source of material and quality commensurate to the following specifications: Effective size (d10) 1.0m to 1.6m,Sp. Gravity : 1.45 - 1.55, Uniformity coefficient: 1.7 or lower, Hardness (mohs scale) >2.7, Acid solubility <5%, with Carbon content : > 90% above, certification including all cost, taxes, conveyance to site, loading and unloading and stacking etc. complete ,certificate to be produced from approved institution before the execution of work condition as direction and approval of departmental officers. (Anthracite filter sand shall conform to AWWA:B100 standards and it shall be tested in Regional Research Laboratory / CSIR labs of Govt. of Indi for its suitability)

100.55.5:Removing filter media from the filter beds without making any damages to the existing structures and back manifolds and stacking at a safe and convenient place for segregation process and as per the directions of the department officers etc. complete.

100.55.6:Cleaning, drying and seiving the removed filter media and stacking the dismantled pebbles for reuse and spreading in the filter box in layers as per specifications and as per directions of the department officers.

OD76471/2022-2023:Supplying 2 mm to 3.5mm Grit(grit shall be hard,clean ,free from clay,dust and other impurities, stacking in standard heaps for measurement including cost,conveyance up to 5 km and labour charges for stacking,spreading,testing and as per the direction of the departmental officers etc,complete as per CPHEEO specification.Special condition as direction and approval of departmental officers
