Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames, exc 1.5 but n.exc. 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets/snap grid/frame work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering including ridges and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings with ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to INS Dega and spreading and levlling the same in low laying areas complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to INS Dega and spreading and levlling the same in low laying areas complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Taking down bib taps/ pillar taps/stop cocks/angle cocks etc of any size and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down flushing cistern, low/high leve, any type/capacity with inlet, ball valve, flush pipe, float and handle including brackets complete and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down water tank of capacity exc 500 ltrs but n.exc 1000Ltrs including ball valve and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down water closet of any type including all fittings and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wash basins of any size and any type with all fittings including brackets complete and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Mangalore pattern roofing tiles with ceiling tiles or slate roofing and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets, spaced n.exc 15cm and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish (except reinforcement) to INS Dega and spreading and levlling the same in low laying areas complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers any capacityincluding all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub-main wiring (any numbers of cable) with rigid PVC/steel conduits/PVC casing-caping including cutting chases for conduits and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep with all fittings, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down geyser of any capacity with all fittings and fixing accessories and removing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down light fittings such as bulkhead fittings/mirror light fitings/ security light fittings etc and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed. (Notes for all items above: (i) The tenderers/bidders are advised to visit the site of work by making prior appointment with the GE. The tenderers/bidders are deemed to have full knowledge of all relevant conditions of work site and conditions of works, value of scrap/credit items etc, whether they have inspected them or not. (ii) All the debris/rubbish obtained from demolition/dismantling etc except the items as included in Schedule of Credit/items to be deposited to MES store shall be removed upto INS Dega area and spreading and levelling the same in low laying areas complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. The unit quoted rates of above items shall demmed to be inclusive of this aspect also and No extra cost whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Govt later on. For the items as included in Schedule of Credit, the rates of deduction have been fixed by the Dept and the amount so calculated based on actual measurements at site shall be deducted from the contractor's payments. The tenderers/bidders are requested to ascertain his/their own rates based on the actual conditions of the credit items after site visit and quote their rates under respective items above considering the rates of credit fixed by the Dept accordingly. No further claims whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Govt later on.)
