Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring(light,fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conitions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. MAKE OF CABLE - Standard / PLAZA / HAVELLS & MAKE OF PVC CASING/CAPING - PRICISION/PRESSFIT/MODI. Note:- Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

Taking down exhaust fans of any make/size, cleaning with petrol, removal of dust and dirt,oiling/greasing the bearing etc by opening fan. Painting one coat to the exhaust fans including blades and motor complete with synthetic enameled paint by spray painting. Writing MES Number with black paint and refixing the same after replacing the flexible twin cord copper cable of required length all as specified and directed and testing on completion for the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Opening cutting winding of exhaust fan and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation varninshing, heating etc and replacing copper flexible wire (Minimum length 1meter) 225mm to 450mm sweep exhaust fans .
