Professional fees for concept designing for the experience centre/ zone to be developed at the designated space in Exhibition complete in all sense including preparation of 3-D Walkthrough and charges for deployment of Design Team for the entire duration from Date of Empanelment and allocation of the city through Exhibition Completion
Charges for entire setup of the experience centre / Exhibition Stall including transportation of material, installation of all necessary fixtures, Lighting installation as approved by the respective authority (City / State) at the designated space in ISAC-2022 Exhibition complete in all sense, dismantling of the same after completion of Exhibition on 29th September 2023.
Charges for deployment of technical staff for the Operation and Management of all the installations and fixtures during all time of the exhibition. Timing of the Exhibition – 10 AM to 6 PM
Rental charges for LED Display (P4) as backdrop for including the cost of mobilisation transportation to the location, Installation including all necessary electrification and demobilisation.
Rental charges for Two Seater Sofa including the cost of mobilisation transportation to the location, Installation including all necessary electrification and demobilisation.
Rental charges for Set of 4 Cushioned Chairs and Centre Table including the cost of mobilisation transportation to the location, Installation including all necessary electrification and demobilisation.
Rental charges for 32” LED Television with USB, HDMI and Audio Ports including the cost of mobilisation transportation to the location, Installation including all necessary electrification and demobilisation.
Rental charges for 42” LED Television with USB, HDMI and Audio Ports including the cost of mobilisation transportation to the location, Installation including all necessary electrification and demobilisation.
Rental charges for 52” LED Television with USB, HDMI and Audio Ports including the cost of mobilisation transportation to the location, Installation including all necessary electrification and demobilisation.
Charges for deployment of Volunteers / Support Staff during the tenure of Exhibition.
Charges for preparation and installation of branding using Backlit Panels using the creatives provided by the respective authorities
