M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, 75 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection/sub base of paving surface complete finished fair and even without using extra cement.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing and fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board conforming to IS: 1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints of depth 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as in sub base of floor all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment on RCC roof slabs by Techno Commercial process :- (a) Surface Preparation: All surfaces shall be carefully prepared as it is essential for optimum finish and durability. The surface shall be made dry sound and free from all contaminates using mechanical tools like a grinding machine, chisels with hammers, and Rotatory grinded.Removing the existing brick bed cova by using concrete breaker / removing existng treatment up to the mother slab. RCC Mother Surfaces must be clean, even and sound concrete. Remove all oil, dirt, laitance, protrusions (by light grinding) and other contaminants manually to attain a fairly smooth surface. Even pneumatic acids can be used for the removal of algae formations.The surface shall be dry and the moisture content shall be less than 5%. (b) Crack treatment (Option 1): All cracks shall be treated using Weber SBR (SBR-based,multipurpose, concentrated, liquid polymer additive). Cut open the cracks by making agroove in the form of “V” shape at the required size. Clean the grooves and 25 mm minimum depth of the joint to make it free from all dirt, dust and other contaminants. Apply a mixed slurry coat of Weber SBR (1 part of SBR: 1.5 parts of cement: 0.5 parts of Water) by volume in and around the groove. Fill polymer modified mortar into the grooves using mix design (1part of SBR: 5 parts of cement: 15 parts of sand: 4 parts of water) as at dosage over the neattacky coat of Weber SBR. Finish the surfacewith neat steel trowel flush with the surface. Allow the applied mortar to cure and dry completely for min 7 days. Weber SBR shall confirm to: Appearance: White color liquid; Specific Gravity: 1.02 – 1.03; pH: 9 – 11; Solid content: 47%; Pot life:60 minutes; Re-coat time: 4-6 hours; Application consistency: brushable consistency.

Crack treatment (option 2): After surface preparation apply a uniformed leveled coat of PU sealant.(dispersion based single component ready to use sealant) Material shall be spread and levelled uniformly using spatula or any appropriate tools and allowed to dry completely. (c) Coving: Mix Weber SBR (SBR based, multipurpose, concentrated, liquid polymer additive) with water and cement (1 part of SBR: 1.5 parts of cement: 0.5 parts of Water) by volume toa thin slurry and spread the mix over the surface with brush (thickness not more than 1 mm). Over the tacky bonding slurry, install coving at horizontal and vertical corners using polymer modified using mix design (1 part of SBR: 5 parts of cement: 15 parts of sand: 4 parts of water) finishing in half round or fillet in shape. The applied plastered surface shall be allowed to cure for complete dry for 3 days.Weber SBR shall confirm to: Appearance: White colour liquid; Specific Gravity: 1.02 -1.03; pH: 9 – 11; Solid content:47%; Pot life:60 minutes; Re-coat time: 4-6 hours; Application consistency: brushable consistency. (d) Bore Packing (Up to 100mm Dia): Providing and applying Weberprim epox 501-2 component Standard an epoxy bonding agent over the PVC and internal side of concreteafter rubbing it with emery paper/sand paper. Later Filling the pipe gap with Weber NSG2from the top all over the periphery, with all shuttering already in place, . Leaving Top 20 mm. which shall be filled with Mortar.

(e) Waterproofing coating: Weberprim epox 501: Over the prepared surface, apply a coat of Weberprim epox 501, two component High performance transparent epoxy based non- solvent universal waterproofing primer for both sealing and floor coating applications on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, by mechanical means, applying using brush/ roller/Squeeze or other appropriate tools, Allow the surface to air cure for 5 to 6 hours before application of subsequent coat. Weberprim epox 501: Over the prepared surface, apply a coat of Weberprim epox 501, two component High performance transparent epoxy based non-solvent universal waterproofing primer for both sealing and floor coating applicationson absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, by mechanical means, applying using brush/ roller/ Squeeze or other appropriate tools, Allow the surface to air cure for 5 to 6 hours before application of subsequent coat. Weberprim epox 501 shall conforms to: Colour: Transparent; Mix ration: 2: 1 (Epoxy based Resign: water-based Hardener); Adhesion to concrete: 1.5 Mpa (Concrete failure);Application temperature: 10 degrees to 40 degrees; Pot life: 60 Min; over coating time: 4 to 6 hours; Application thickness: 100 to 200 gm/ m2. Waterproof coating: Weberdry PUR Basic: -Elastomeric, single components, specially designed polyurethane-based cold liquid applied waterproofing membrane product shall bemixed uniformly before applying. Apply first coat and allow the surface to dry. During the application of the Second broadcast sufficient sand over the wet surface of Weberdry PUR Basic to provide mechanical bonding and allow it to dry completely as per the manufacturer's specification.

Weberdry PUR Basic shall conforms to: Colour: Light grey; Product structure: polyurethane; recoat time: 12 hours to 18 hours; service temperature: -30 degrees to + 90 degrees. Elongation at breakage: > 600 %; Pack size: 25 Kg; Application Consumption: 1.2 to 2.0 Kg/ m2 (for 2 to 3 coats); Crack bridging ability: up to 2mm: Hardness (Shore A scale):65-70; Chemical properties: Good resistance against acidic and alkali solutions (5%), detergents, seawater, and oils. 1) Elongation : >600% as per ASTM D 412/ DIN 52455 2) Tensile Strength : 4 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 412/DIN 52455 3) Water vapor permeability: > 30 gr/m2/day ISO 9932:91 4) Crack bridging capability: up to 2 mm crack (reinforced) EOTA TR-008 5) Shock temperature (15 min): 200°C 6) Adhesion to concrete: >2,0 N/mm2 (concrete surface failure)- ASTM D 903 NOTE: - Application Brush / Roller recommended: (a medium nap 8-12 mm pile- paint roller is recommended) New rollers should be dampened with water before being used for the firsttime. For best results with a paint brush use a good quality, 50 mm long bristle variety. Protective Covering: - Weberdry PUA Seal is a single component liquid applied solvent free polyurethane based hybrid waterproofing membrane for indoor and outdoor use. • Solvent-free, non-toxic • Single component, ready-to-use • Highly flexible • High ability to bridge cracks • Excellent resistance to UV and rains Weberdry PUA Seal shall conform to: Colour: Elongation: >450% as per ASTM D 412/ DIN 2016.

Sunken Treatment : M&L for cleaning the surface with wire brush to remove dirt, dust or any loosely held materials. All existing cracks must be opened up in V notch shape and filled with a mixture of cement mixed with 37 +/- 1% solid content Styrene Butadiene rubber based multipurpose polymer in a ratio of 3:1 or PU sealant making surface smooth and level wherever needed. Application by brush or roller a coat of a two component (1:1.4 ratio) polymer modified elastomeric cementitious waterproof membrane must have adhesion to concrete > 1 Mpa, fortified with graded fillers, polymers and additives applied seamless waterproofing coating at a specified coverage per kg to all required areas to achieve a thickness of 500 – 600 microns in one coat and allow the surface to dry for 4 -6 hours before 2nd coat and it should be covered by ready-to-use, fiber reinforced elastomeric, super flexible acrylic waterproof coating with More than 150% elongation confirms to ASTM D 412: 2016 and should contain solid contents of minimum 55 +/- %. Acrylic coating must be done with pre priming coat of acrylic waterproofing primer which contains 47 +/- 1% solid contents with recommended DFT of 30-40 microns completed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling tile work of thickness 10mm to 25mm in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar any type including stacking material within 50 metres lead completed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 8 mm to 10 mm vitrified floor tiles in different sizes of tiles 600x600 mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 6 mm to 8 mm Vitrified tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each coloured tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including for Screed bed (or) bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 6 mm to 8 mm thickness Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados,over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, cherry/rubby Red or equivelent flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 8 mm to 10 mm Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size 600 x 1200mm in verandah/passage floor and dados with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
